To be fair, the US doesn't need to be cautious with DRC with the mineral deal. The US will have military capabilities in the DRC should the deal occur, any sign of mistreatment from the DRC, then god bless their souls

Do not know how Felix sleeps at night.
Looks like if US does not accept minerals for security DRC will fall to M23.
No incentive for DRC soldiers to risk their lives... no pay , majority of population live in poverty while the politically elite sell their soul to China for Rolex watches and brown paper bags.
Hopefully US accepts the deal.

How does this effect CATH now.
The request by DRC was to the US for security.
Only way to secure Monano for CATH is form a binding partnership with AVZ in a take over that allows US .AVZ and CATH involvement.
