Have a funny feeling a deals been done and we’re just waiting on pieces above to fall in place.
Dare we dream again?
Whether your dream is a fifty foot Cadillac, an overseas holiday, paying off the mortgage or something completely off the wall (mine is a beach house so close to the water that the waves drown out the 6 o'clock news and my plastic coffee mug rusts out in a week)...don't stop dreaming.
It's getting closer each day...it's almost imminent.

Jeff has had a bad week. Let’s hope he’s still in a good mood…
Sounds a lot like you need to look at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. Paradise mateDare we dream again?

then there's no chance it's anything except a paid for piece of bullshit propaganda with a lovely dash of photoshop and a few neat signature scans most likely garnered through the judicious application of brown paper bags at the behest of our most favourite collection of bad actors and corrupt fuckwits
Sounds a bit like Hoots' neighbourhood... mine is a beach house so close to the water that the waves drown out the 6 o'clock news and my plastic coffee mug rusts out in a week...
Classy template for such a confidential briefing
What are observations?
It's probably just responses related to the procedural matters. Maybe DRC requested certain things not transpire or arguing some crap delay tactics and AVZ has the opportunity to respond to these requests.
Sounds like DRC has said there is no jurisdiction to be hearing the case in international court. I think remember that from last time.
I’m no fancy big city lawyer but I’m extremely confident it went something like this…I asked Copilot what that means in simple terms. The answer is shown below, and noting that my understanding is that AVZ is the claimant.
"In simple terms, the Claimants (the people who started the case) have sent their comments or arguments about whether the court or tribunal should deal with jurisdictional issues before looking at the rest of the case.
Jurisdiction is about whether the court has the power to hear the case at all. Sometimes, one side argues that the court doesn’t have authority, and they want that issue settled first. The Claimants are responding to that request—they're saying whether they agree or disagree and explaining their reasons."
