If there is - a dare I say - imminent ML, that suggests to me ownership issues have somewhat been sorted. Unless this is for the specific southern portion with the northern area stolen by detractors and corrupt actors in the TBD in 53 days camp.

I suspect any granting a ML will come with conditions at this stage... we won't drop the case against the detractors and corrupt actors (I swear to God we better not blink at the 11th hour...) so I wonder what this 'deal' could look like.

Anyways, it has been fairly quiet the past week... something is brewing. I have no intel.

But let's hope we aren't cornered into a less than favourable situation given we hold the legal whip and arguably sit at the head of the negotiation table given the whole USA V China battle playing out for the Manono deposit.

I would like to think that it is an announcement along the lines of a Mining License being issued. That would be a prerequisite to a successful deal with ……….. ( insert name here )

A final deal/decision is going to take a while to put together as there will probably be multiple parties involved.

I’m pretty sure that something will happen around the 10th. Let’s see what happens.

If we are really lucky it will include a jail sentence for CK and Comminere as well

A ML now brings CATH into play and Trump won't have it. Besides it heavily dilutes holdings. Ideally Dathcom gets taken out prior to ML IMO.

This to me is a very smart strategy

Make the base affordable so everyone can get one.....resolves the most basic of business requirements being a margin of profitability (even if only small) and provides liquidity and cashflow

Then in this day and age of everyone needing/wanting to be unique and promote their individuality you have endless add-ons and customisation accessories that adds your personality and flavour to the vehicle and just happen to be items that deliver to the business better inherent margins thereby increasing profitability

I think it very smartly taps into the gen "whatever it is" thing being that whole individuality/personality/stand out/I'm unique/need vibe that seems to be the current paradigm

Do I sound too fucking philosophical and thereby somewhat weird???

The other one, "Let's hope" is not an investment strategy. It's like praying to god in the "hope" that you'll go to heaven.

I hear you Biesh. Truly. But these are my coping mechanisms. I don’t hope and I don’t expect a glorious outcome every time we get a whiff of positivity. I just read, try to analyse the current situation to see if I can make something we can use out of it and I wait.

Been waiting a long time now and seen many waves of positivity come and go. Seen everyone start slipping off their seats eveytime a new one comes along. Seen the number crunchers start working out possible prices every time too and then I’ve seen everyone else start licking their thumbs to count the wads of cash we are all gonna get and "wen lambo". Then it dies down again until the next wave. Seen it all so many times

True that this time, there appears to be an actual pathway to a resolution but I cope by not getting caught up in the bipolar emotional cycles in here. Mainly because it’s bad for your heart and I want be around to enjoy any possible outcome that may occur. So I remain ambivalent.

I do respect though, having a nonchalant attitude is not for everyone.
