Mute, I suspect the vast majority of AVZ investors get where you are coming from, and more than likely feel exactly the same way you do.
Many of us thought this was going to be sorted a year ago, then possibly by the end of 2024, and then maybe the 2nd week of April, now sometime in the future......
well I'm waiting on the throw away line to be used..... "how longs a piece of string" to also be thrown into the mix.My sympathies go out to anyone who took on any debts during this period (It did cross my mind at one point, hwevr, decided concrete boots arent my thing
) in the belief that this shit show would have ended by now.There's always a downside to being an optimist, leason learnt.

It’s clearly not as popular as whispers and winks but this is exactly why I’ve maintained realism based on facts (eg reading the procedural rules at the ICSID rather than just saying 3 months based on a hunch or giving random dates based off a cryptic message from a mate lol) throughout this processMute, I suspect the vast majority of AVZ investors get where you are coming from, and more than likely feel exactly the same way you do.

I’ve said for a very long time now that constant disappointment from baseless timelines not eventuating is the biggest threat to the company and that hasn’t changed
You’ll be better off mentally preparing for the worst of needing to go beyond 2030 for enforcement but hoping for the best of a deal with the gringos being done somewhat imminently imo

Police in Malawi have been asked to investigate potential links between a giant Chinese rare earths player and a group of men accused of illegally taking geological samples and collecting other data at a mining project controlled by Perth-based Lindian Resources.
Analysis of GPS devices seized from two Chinese nationals and their local guides has added weight to allegations they were targeting valuable rare earths deposits Lindian aims to bring into production next year.
Sources close to the case said the GPS data showed the Chinese pair, who were accompanied by two Malawian geologists, were not on Lindian’s lease by mistake when they were detained and charged with criminal trespass.
All timelines up to this point have come to nothing .China influence will push Manono case through the courts for years while they continue develop north . Felix does not have power to go against China . DRC will have to fight in court as front for China with China paying all the legal expense. DRC officials and politicians have become very rich because of Chinese . They don't care about DRC just about themself.

Also why do people always forget China has a bet each way on this - if we develop the project with CATH it still benefits China.

Funny thing CATL is up-talking the Sodium Ion Battery, in other words attempting to white ant lithium prices.
There is still a lot of room to improve the Lithium Ion battery.
They are claiming the ability to charge a 100 kWh Sodium Ion battery by 80% in 30 minutes.
Sounds mind boggling......
Get your calculator out and work out the consequences for charge stations, or even your home to charge 80 kWh in 30 minutes, or 160 kW in one hour.....
Will be a great idea to up your house main fuses, just in case.

Realistically, it's not the batteries that are holding back car charging times, it's the source of electricity.
It takes over 24 hours to charge a tesla at home on 240v, or 6-7 hours if you have three phase.
According to Tesla, fast chargers can already recharge faster than what you've listed for the Sodium Ion battery with the current battery technology. The limiting factor is how much electricity you have on hand, and the general answer is 'not enough'.
The main useful advance in batteries will be if they can store the same energy in a lighter battery.
The marketing may sound good, but it only fools some people, not the ones with lots of $$$ to invest who do their homework.
