Have the same phone model and occasionally it fails to fully render the TSE page, only 70% of full screen. I hit page-back and then return which fixes it.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda has a different take on the signing agenda apparently.Translation:
There is some confusion that I read in some international media. On June 18, 2025, experts from the DRC and Rwanda did not sign a "preliminary agreement" in Washington. On June 27, 2025, the Foreign Ministers will not sign a "second agreement," which would be the peace agreement between the DRC and Rwanda. And "during July," the Heads of State will not "ratify" this agreement. The reality is that on June 18, 2025, the experts simply initialed the peace agreement between the DRC and Rwanda, which will be signed and definitively approved by the Foreign Ministers on June 27, 2025 in Washington. The Heads of State, for their part, will actually meet in Washington (date still to be determined), not to sign or ratify an agreement, but to advance peace, stability and economic prosperity in the Great Lakes region.

Do we think we’re actually going to hear about the details of the AVZ/KoBold deal on the 27th or will the Peace agreement be signed on the 27th and we’ll just hear, ‘ok, now that’s done, AVZ and KoBold will continue to collaboratively work together to advance a deal to purchase AVZ’s interests in the DRC’.

I would expect there will almost certainally have to be an extension to the temporary suspension of ICSID. Even if the board have already pressed the green button on the Kobold deal as a public company they must seek shareholder approval to finalise the deal. Not sure of the process ie is an EGM required ?? I would have thought at least another month extension on ICSID
I have asked specifically about the process to the board and so far have heard crickets..
There's not even a top 5 leak about the price as they are in the dark to..
