Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give you all a quick update. Some of you have noticed that I’ve been absent lately — and you’re right, I have.

In short, I suffered a workplace injury that’s left me dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress. While I’ve traditionally worked in a high-tech capacity (and yes, as a few of you super-sleuths figured out), I’m now doing lawn mowing and property maintenance in my local area. This is actually part of my treatment and recovery plan.

I’ll still be checking in from time to time — cleaning up abusers, keeping things in order, and making sure the place runs smoothly — but please understand that using technology can still be quite traumatic for me. That’s the only reason I go quiet at times.

Hope you're doing alright mate, your health is your wealth.

We can deal with a couple of trash-tier spammers, we have had to fight with bad actors on multiple platforms for years. In the grand scheme of things, it's really water off a ducks back at this point.

I have added filters which caught most attempts, and I also did a clean up again this morning of those it missed. Hopefully some other added filters this morning knocks the rest on their head... but its really a never-ending battle.

Hi @zeeb0t, thanks very much. Take care, and sorry for the persistent messaging over the past few weeks but it was done as the site was heading towards total abandonment by the AVZ crew to another site.

To the supportive AVZ team, I think we can resume normal transmission on this thread
