Hmmm Mr Pei if he is not going to get Off Take then he will be wanting a very good return on his investment- I am guessing it wont be sitting at $6 Billion or less.

Total fines listed in the ICC case against Cominiere add up to USD 9.418 billion which equals AUD 13.31 billion or AUD 3.77 per share

A fair result would be a US partnership takeover getting the ML for the complete payment to us of all Cominiere’s fines. Of course you know that I spent a lot of my youth ingesting magic mushrooms so I sometimes come with the perspective of an alternate reality. Did I mention I also left my body when I was 24 and went into the light. That took more getting back from than this debacle believe me
