Hi DB,

For me, anything below $500,000 (AUD) in this quarter is a disgrace and demands a full explaination at the AGM.

Why??

1) Sept quarter last year saw 190K Euro from FG and Aerobus

2) December....Another 150K Euro from ESA mentioned in the FG license agreement. (I asked T.Dawe, meant to be new money on top of the 190k Euro)

3) December...Bascom Hunter= $100K USD

4) This one gets sketchy...... US Airforce to make milestone payment in January 2025, except we botched the subcontractor agreement....Let's leave this one out for now!!!

So. Should be 340K in Euro and 100K in USD, plus some potential cash dribbling in from the Airforce.

Beggs the question......If the 4C is looking OK, then why in the F@#K is the LDA Call finishing before it is released?

Just once, can we share some positive news with the market and then raise capital...

Maybe I am retarded after all!!:poop:
Nope, not retarded at all. They could of course, release the report tomorrow, but nah.

I honestly think, they thought the idea of redomiciling to the US, was going to be taken as hugely popular and positive..

I've since personally come around on that, but it's going to need a few more runs on the board, to get the vote.

Even the US government, has left the door open for A.I. solutions from outside the US, where National Security is concerned, so there really shouldn't be any barriers to private company adoption (with America First type initiatives..).

I also think they don't understand how much of "the Shine" has come off of retail moving the share price and general speculative interest, in our Company.

This is a direct result of lack lustre, boring, clinical announcements and the minimal if any fanfare.
(compare with how a mining company plays up finding a spec of gold in a drill core, or their reports full of charts, pretty pictures and smiling faces etc..).
People love pictures and that shit, just ask the Pom.

Their announcements basically say, in the way they "sell" the Company's prospects.
"Hey we're doing fine, we don't "need" any money, here's what we've been doing the last quarter/year"

Either that, or the Timing of the announcements/type of announcements/lack of back up announcements, was "designed" to crater the share price.
(obviously the least desirable theory).

It's not just Pom. Do love me some mining action as well. Strange that a mining company can put out a "Market Sensitive" "Market Update" that is basically advertising but we can't!!

Sad...

Back to the quarterly numbers...... they should be really good (in theory)

So why the crap LDA call?? With FA news announced.

Edit.....

If we get news between the end of the call and before the AGM, Will Qantas allow pitch folks on domestic flights???:cool:

Below $500k poor? Anything below $50 mill is poor.

Look at Droneshield. Announced a $32 mill contract and their market cap is "only" 600 mill. We need some massive contracts and we ned them fast.

The twelve months since the last AGM has been abysmal. It was another AGM full of how next year will be great and to judge them on their performance at the next AGM. I have taken them up on that and judged them by voting no to the employee remuneration and anyone that disagrees with me is entitled to their incorrect opinion.

It's actually currently a market cap of 777million AUD, but look at their financials..

Still making a loss.

They have plenty of cash, A$215 million as of February (so company currently valued around A$562 million).
This cash would have come from a "get serious" credit raise.

Their February Investor Presentation, is very perty and screams "we need more money" though.

20250417_002804.jpg

A$1.8 Billion pipeline (that's the kicker)

They have to produce the products for that A$32 million contract though and others and their margins are small (currently negative).

Their January quarter, showed a loss of almost A$9 million on just over A$26 million of cash receipts.
(12 months almost A$58 million loss, with around A$56.6 million cash receipts).

20250416_224832.jpg

So how flash are they really doing?..

I personally wouldn't buy a dime of their shares, intelligent drones, will make their equipment obsolete/close to useless (Maybe there will still be a market in film props or in toy stores?).

The only way to defeat/defend against Future drones, will be to literally knock them out of the Sky, not point "pretend" guns at them (admittedly I don't know what their current offerings are and don't care).

BrainChip's addressable Market is potentially Massive, through numerous verticals, largely untapped and our profit margins will be well over 80%, basically just rich velvety cream.

20250417_012136.jpg

So there really is no comparison.

The fact they've worked together before/know each other is a big factor.

Wouldn't be the first time, I've seen someone take a completely different role to what they've been doing, as a change of pace.

Maybe Steve enjoys that kind of work more?

With that and the job opening, it looks pretty clear to me, that it's sayonara Steve 😐..
DB and Frangipani....

I wonder,.....as well. Company's play semantic word games all the time, but is Chief Marketing Manager the same as Product Marketing Manger ?
In my world they are NOT the same. My hope is that as they ramp up into a sales driven organization that they are laying the framework for a vibrant and productive sales AND marketing team. It's good to have a pipeline for future personnel needs.

I don't want him to leave. However, if he does I hope he is not planning on leaving before his big gig in Santa Clara, CA at Embedded Vision Conference 2025. But this conference may also allow him and Ramesh an opportunity to get a room and formally consummate their relationship.

The Impact of More Efficient Training and Inferencing of Large Language Models on Edge AI Applications

Date: Wednesday, May 21
Start Time: 2:05 pm
End Time: 2:35 pm
The adoption of large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs) in edge AI applications has been limited by on-device computation and memory resources, and also by the cost of training and developing large models suitable for edge applications. The adoption of new training methods and algorithms combined with innovative new model architectures promises to dramatically change the outlook for adoption with models created for the edge that can efficiently execute within SWaP and cost targets.

Not sure why this press release about BrainChip partnering with ARQUIMEA came out a week after the above LinkedIn post, but here it is:

Apr 16, 2025 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time

BrainChip Gives the Edge to Search and Rescue Operations

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY), the world’s first commercial producer of ultra-low power, fully digital, event-based, neuromorphic AI, today announced that it has partnered with ARQUIMEA on an AI-powered detection solution that enhances water safety.

ARQUIMEA has demonstrated BrainChip’s Akida with a Prophesee event-based Metavision® camera on a low-power drone to detect distressed swimmers and surfers, helping lifeguards scale their services for large beach areas. The integration allows vision data to be processed directly by Akida without the need for conversion into traditional frame-based formats as required of conventional computer-vision algorithms.
“As dedicated and proficient as lifeguards are, there is no possible way for them to keep track of each and every beachgoer enjoying the ocean across miles of coastline,” said Miguel Lopez Estevez, Head of Robotics ARQUIMEA. “By demonstrating a system of drones with intelligence built in that can quickly and accurately identify people in the water who may be in distress, we aim to improve our search and rescue capabilities and proactively save lives that might otherwise have escaped detection.”

BrainChip’s Akida mimics the human brain to analyze only essential sensor inputs at the point of acquisition, processing data with unparalleled efficiency, precision and economy of energy. Keeping AI/ML local to the chip, independent of the cloud, also dramatically reduces latency. Compared to conventional frame-based camera solutions using CNNs, BrainChip’s event-based vision solutions provide benefits of faster detection, lower computations, better tracking, lower power and cost, and lower memory requirements.

“The objective of event-based vision solution providers has long been a way to achieve faster and more accurate object detection with substantially fewer memory and computation requirements,” said Jonathan Tapson, Chief Development Officer of BrainChip. “BrainChip’s Akida, working in conjunction with Prophesee’s event-based vision systems, provides the ability to compute drone data efficiently, reducing latency for faster detection and minimizing demands on power to provide companies like ARQUIMEA with advantages that have previously been unavailable. We are proud to have our IP leveraged in such an important life-and-death application.”

About BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY) BrainChip is the worldwide leader in Edge AI on-chip processing and learning. The company’s first-to-market, fully digital, event-based AI processor, AkidaTM, uses neuromorphic principles to mimic the human brain, analyzing only essential sensor inputs at the point of acquisition, processing data with unparalleled efficiency, precision, and economy of energy. Akida uniquely enables Edge learning local to the chip, independent of the cloud, dramatically reducing latency while improving privacy and data security. Akida Neural processor IP, which can be integrated into SoCs on any process technology, has shown substantial benefits on today’s workloads and networks, and offers a platform for developers to create, tune and run their models using standard AI workflows like Tensorflow/Keras. In enabling effective Edge compute to be universally deployable across real world applications such as connected cars, consumer electronics, and industrial IoT, BrainChip is proving that on-chip AI, close to the sensor, is the future, for its customers’ products, as well as the planet. The global cybersecurity market for the financial services sector was valued at approximately USD 22.38 billion in 2023 and is projected to reach USD 59.39 billion by 2032, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.3%. Another estimate specifically for the broader cybersecurity in finance market suggests it was worth USD 43.8 billion in 2024, with a projected CAGR of 14.5% through 2032. These figures reflect the increasing importance of protecting sensitive financial data amid rising cyber threats and digitalization.

By the time everything is submitted, reviewed, and a commission is set up, BrainChip will already be (hopefully successful) in the US market. But fine… it would still be beneficial for the other Australian stocks!

pretty sure our Steven/Stephen is not leaving anytime soon. I heard him once say this in a recent interview -
Interviewer: "Where do you see this five years from now?"
Stephen: "I see this embedded in every product and making our lives easier.

And I heard myself say "Amen" when i heard the above.

Well a question to be asked at the AGM for someone who is attending...."is BRN tech not being used by Mercedes?" If not, why did BRN fail?
Check out the why invest section of the Website.
" Marquee brands include Mercedes, Valeo, Vorago, and NASA, and commercial IP licenses with Renesas and MegaChips. Commercial availability of semiconductor chips, IP, tools, and boards."
Mercedes is listed as a Marquee client.
I have recently confirmed with IR that commercial relationships still exist with the listed clients.
As we know the wheels of identifying products, tech testing and adoption move pretty slow with most clients.

I can confirm Steven is leaving because he replied to a job post written by a mate, that was way below his pay rate, with the words ‘I’m interested’. Tony Lewis is also leaving because he liked a Nvidia post, and Tony Dawes is clearly leaving because he logged onto LinkedIn two days in a row.
