Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) Fact Sheet | Federal Aviation Administration
The job is huge. " 12.5 billion down payment – need additional $20 billion"
I had a look at the proposed section and as expected Parsons is throwing it's hat in the ring.
Parsons are big on Federal Aviation solutions and safety.
Federal Aviation Solutions | Parsons
The surprise is that Parsons and IBM have teamed with IBM to " Today, Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) and IBM (NYSE: IBM) announced a collaboration to deliver on President Donald Trump’s and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy’s vision for a brand new, state of-the-art air traffic control system"
See link below.
Parsons Corporation is Ready Now to Build America’s Brand New, State Of-The-Art Air Traffic Control System
Plenty of scope for Kevin Johnson's Hive mind for security inside and the perimeter for airports.
Plenty of functions as per the facts sheet that AKIDA could work on. Runway and taxi security, radar, weather and environmental monitoring, Terminal passenger flow systems etc
Kevin has only just scratched 'building systems - (including AKIDA) surface so far.
FROM THE PROVENANCE PAPER - Tony Lewis

" As we will show later, provenance can be trained enabling tracking as a standalone task or as an auxiliary component within broader systems for classification, detection, segmentation, or generative modeling."
Kevin could easily work this into one of his systems.
Provenance Networks: End-to-End Exemplar-Based Explainability
All the big US defense companies will have a nibble at this.
Can't help but wonder if Forward Edge will be assisting Lockheed's push?
We already know that Ratheon excells with Radar.
Interesting times ahead.

Nope, they are just following the rules.

The company are working under NDAs and considering the companies they are working with that do: Military/defense/security!
Is it really surprising to you?
The SP will follow when signed IP/contracts happens which off course will be PR'ed! It's a bad idea to PR every little "fart" they do and is illegal, which you will know if you read the rules!
US analysts don't cover OTC stocks because institutions are generally not allowed to hold them in the US, or they will not because it's a jungle!
We need to uplift to Nasdaq to gain interest from the big boys in the US, so an SP price of 4 to 5 US$ is one of the demands to fulfill in order to do just that.

You are simply choosing to provide excuses as to why BrainChip are not making announcements (price sensitive and/or non price sensitive).

Clearly if there is a NDA then something can not be announced, and no-one is suggesting they should breach any NDAs.

Likewise, no-one is suggesting that they should announce every little "fart"... but if they can post about things on LinkedIn, then they COULD make a non price sensitive announcement on the ASX. They simply choose not to.

All of the partnerships that have been put out on Linkedin.. why have they not been announced as non price sensitive announcement on ASX? Clearly not under NDA if BrainChip has posted about it on social media.

Plenty of other Australian listed companies use the ASX for non price sensitive announcements. BrainChip could easily put out an "investor update" on the ASX every month or quarter (non price sensitive) updating investors about new partnerships etc.

Do you not think that new products warrant an announcement on the ASX? I do.

Not everyone who is interested in BrainChip (shareholders and future shareholders) are searching Linked In, Instagram etc for announcements.... the majority of Australian investors expect information to flow through the ASX.

How does a stockbroker know what's going on with BrainChip if their client asks for their opinion? Do you think they are spending hours every day looking for details on BrainChip on social media?

If you're happy with IR good for you, but there are plenty who are not happy with it.

Perhaps you need to re-read the disclosure rules and educate yourself on the types of price sensitive and non price sensitive announcements that many other ASX listed companies make via the ASX platform.

I am happy with the IR department.

Non-price sensitive announcements on the ASX won't make any difference on the SP, why should it?

When the deals happen, the big ones, the SP will rocket and that's all I care about, deals that make the company sustainable, cementing that I did the right choice investing here.
I believe they are coming.

Many investors (like me) are non Australians and have no idea what's going on with the ASX and don't really care either.

There is quite big interest in BRN in Germany and nearby countries, Germany has the 3rd largest GDP in the world, only behind the USA and China, Australia is 15th I believe.
I guess the great interest from Australians is that the company originated from there and one of the founders is an Aussie, but the whole company is now run from the US by Americans. The original mostly Australian investors (over 10 years) are clearly frustrated that the SP is very low by all standards but if you think plastering the ASX with one announcement after the other will help, you are mistaken.
Give us a juicy IP deal or 2 and everyone will be happy.

By looking at the Financials doesn't grow a company,
Does'nt bring new investors on board,
Nor increase the Shareprice,

Hi Neuromorphia and thanks for your contribution.
I get why Kevin is incorporating Akida into his assemblage.
We are available commercially, the type of architecture able to apply inference at the sensor, work at low power, low latency, secure and capable of being used as an effective and cheap filter, separating the wheat from the chaff.
Most, or some of these attributes are what got us all hooked on the concept in the first place.

Again though, my question is not what he does or how he does it, but rather the why?

Maybe I’m making too much of this, jumping at shadows.
Maybe he’s just the right guy, in the right place, at the right time.
Maybe his rather eclectic educational background and interests along with his current occupation have all combined to make of him that particular “lucky” sperm that manages to crack the egg first?
Maybe he is just fated to do what he does and couldn’t stop himself if he tried?

I just hope someone with a complimentary skill set and a commercial bias gets together with him and turns this all into something real and that it doesent just peter out.
Hopefully there’s a willing Laurel quietly approaching our Hardy right now, tickling him with an offer that cannot be refused.
I think he is just pretty excited about the prospects of a Quantum, Neuromorphic Symphony future for IBM. If you read the white paper he maps out its future through to 2033.
