Hey FF,

All valid points, but the fact is that at this stage it’s just words and assumptions from all parties - inclusive of Brainchip.

At the last AGM Sean quoted that he will be judged by his performance by the next AGM, and the reality is that his performance has been questionable. We haven’t seen a single new customer since MegaChips which was likely signed prior to his engagement.

This is what we know, as this is what has, or hasn’t as the case is, been announced to the market via the ASX. Forgive my bleak view, but again, this is the actual state of affairs.

I’ll be watching the financials with great interest and eagerness, as our CEO advised. This next quarterly need to show significantly increased revenue or again it just proves that talk is cheap.
I wouldn't go to the lengths of questionable performance.

We have made partnerships with a few giants over the last few months, and I believe a few more surface soon.

It's not as lucrative as an IP/material contract for share holders, but from company perspective, they're ticking boxes.
I also believe the likes of Renesas are close to blooming, obviously not in our control so 🤷 just need to sit tight a bit longer than expected.

Two years+ years into commercialisation and two commercial contracts, the most recent being over a year ago.

From 26 (EAP? - I wouldn’t know as they’ve not being mentioned for that long) you’d expect at least a couple more contracts? I dont think that’s unreasonable.

Partnerships mean nothing until they yield revenue.

Wow... ok.
Wow? Partnerships aside, what have we accomplished? Dropping revenue, blackout silence, and a massive short interest?

Always tricky especially in this market. Every company is firing staff and cutting costs.
Won't be easy to get the dotted line signed so quick.

On contrary, BRN is hiring staff.
We have until May to see the performance and then can ask questions to Sean directly at the AGM. Pretty sure they'll be expecting it too.

I want at bare minimum this year revenue either through previous deals such as royalties that is substantial or one through a new deal or an actual product being released with Akida in it that is at scale. This can happen anytime this year and I will be happy

I see the potential here otherwise I’d have sold, but many (tech) companies have done very well despite poor global economics.

I’m just saying I and other expected more, and if we don’t want to crash and burn, we need to start seeing some revenue. We aren’t government funded R&D, we’re a publicly funded company and the expectation at this stage is commercial interest, revenue, and a ROI.

This is they the SP is dropping and this is why shorts are raising.

I’m sick of hearing my own voice at this stage, and can see I’m ruffling feathers so I think I need to stop posting for a while.

I’ll be the first to congratulate the team if something positive is announced.

Cheers,
Mark

I'm Spartacus!
Hang in there Compadres.
We've been through worse than this and we'll all sleep in comfy beds tonight with full belly's and no-one actually shooting at us.
Tomorrows another day on the markets and at some point it will be in the interest of the interests in charge to have our share price going up.
None of us can make this market do what we want.
We are just along for the ride.

PS: You'll be happy to know that I think I may have broken it, so now no-one can use it, which is a bit embarrassing for me when I was trying to tee up an appointment between Rob Telson and OpenAI and Microsoft.
@Bravo, I typed the word qwerty in to it and it flipped out😂 weird coding files came up along with the type of phone I was using and the screen size of my phone😂…… pretty sure I have just been hacked 😂🫠

Hi Chippers, in the context of the confirmation that a new chip(Akida2000) will be taped-out this year and FF’s highlighting that the known new features will include LSTM(long short term memory) and transistors please access the article mentioned in this tweet by Edge Impulse last night. It highlights the direction neural networks are going to include both LSTM and transistors which increase speed and efficiency compared to existing CNN’s. The article is written by an employee of Synopsis but I’ve taken as a good example of how we remain a step ahead of the competition.

- The last comms from the CEO is that by the end of 2022 revenues will start to outpace the increase in costs. This had to be stated based on a view of activity in the pipeline early 22.
- PVDM was pretty excited when he said explosive growth from the end of 2022
- It feels pretty clear to me that the whole fleet of Mercedes is going to be paying royalites to BRN
- the communications yesterday is reconfirming that there is going to be major announcements on the enhancement of the IP
- Chat GPT popularity is a good indication of the need for Akida to support transformers and natural language processing and the significant market opportunity available here.

unfortunately this has been a bumpy "lumpy" ride but no one can deny that giant pieces of puzzle are getting put in place. Universities, ARM, Intel, SiFive, SocioNext having a released product, Nviso, Prophessee.

There must be so much information the CEO would want to share if we were a private company.

In June last year knowing what he knew he said the SP should be many multiples of where it is now. I am happy to give the company time. It would probable be better like a house not to see the daily movements of the value of our investments but like magic you look back one day and the value has grown many multiples of where it was.

I have 7 figures of BRN shares so I am committed and have felt the ride significantly but i am so encouraged by the progress so keep up the great work BRN and rewards will come.

I somewhat agree with you mate. The partnerships the Brainchip made should yield revenue but how long will it take? In the recent interview they mentioned that Renasas will have a product out by the end of the year.

Yes there has been a war and unfavourable economic conditions, but people are still buying mobile phones, watches, speakers etc that are all considered edge devices.

The below slide is from BRN themselves which was put out in an official ASX announcement. The company forecast that the edge device market would be worth $50 billion this year. Let's go off the half of 1% figure that gets thrown out on here. Our revenue for this year would be $250 million. Unless we see an explosion of sales, we are going to fall well short of this figure.

We are well and truly at the mercy of shorters until we start producing consistent and meaningful revenue in my opinion.
