For me that implies that he believes they are going to overtake us and be the new leader?!

CyberSwarm – Techonolgy
Neuromorphic Computing - unlike traditional computers, where data storage and processing are separate, neuromorphic computing integrates these elements, just like our brains integrate memory and processing. This means no more running back and forth, leading to faster and more energy-efficient...www.cyber-swarm.net

I 100% agree with you, you need to take everyone together. That is the reason brainchip change their direction strategically.“And the rapid development of AI technology means that what is developed today was obsolete yesterday”
I think that this definitely applies in the Von Neumann sphere but as for the adoption of technology that departs from Von Neumann it’s a slow boat to China (not actually China). The world has been running on Von Neumann for the last 75+ years and changing things up is a bigger task than anyone thought. Developing within the current paradigm is always occurring and yes developing something that becomes obsolete before it is on the shelf happens a lot. Changing the baseline technology however hasn’t happened until Akida et al came along. AIMO.
Hi Aaron,For me that implies that he believes they are going to overtake us and be the new leader?!

After watching this video of Mihai Raneti discussing Cyberswarm, I feel very much re-assured that they pose no immediate threat to us.
As far as presentations go, this was would have to be one of the worst I have encountered. Sadly, Mihai's forte does not appear to lie in the realms of public speaking. On at least two occasions he describes Samsung and Intel as " small companies"????
Anyway if you can challenge yourself to watch the whole video you'll find, apart from losing 20 odd minutes of your precious life that you will never be able to get back, that the device they are working on is some sot of analogue memristor device that is supposed to emulate an ants brain. It doesn't sound like they're anywhere near commercialisation but this video was taken in 2022, so maybe they have made advancements since then.
I have posted the below video snippet (TURN THE VOLUME RIGHT UP) to commence with Mihai saying "shit" under his breath. I'm not too sure why but presumably he wasn't looking forward to answering any questions. Anyway, he eventually goes on to answer the question saying something along these lines "We have this thing here. Its' already been working. We don't know why. But that's a re-current event in our office. We have things that are working and we don't have any kind of idea why they're working."
Oh, and then he goes on to say "We have some ideas of what we're going to do but we're sure that 90% of the solutions are going to come from you", which I can only imagine came as quite a surprise to the unsuspecting audience members.
Yeah, so I for one am not at all concerned and can only thank the gods that we have someone as confident and self-assured as Sean representing us on the world stage.
What else could Mihai Raneti, of Cyberswarm say?Is anyone else picking up on the fact that his response to @chapman89 was "not for long" basically admitting that we are indeed in the lead of all others..........
That is telling, more than anything else imo
What else could Mihai Raneti, of Cyberswarm say?
There are many companies, that should probably just throw in the towel, but they will continue, until they get beaten down.
We ourselves, have always been the underdog, but we are rising up.

That's a funny gif considering one of the kids is NVIDIA and maybe Apple haha
Nah.. They are the old men at the back..That's a funny gif considering one of the kids is NVIDIA and maybe Apple haha
Hi Tech,Good morning..
I believe I'm correct in saying that Sean recently stated that the time gap between new iterations of the Akida architecture would be between 12 to 18 months, well that was the suggested 'hope' I'm not sure whether Peter or Anil were onboard with that timeframe, except to say Anil told me a week ago that he was "very busy".
Lets all be 100% honest here, so far ALL the articles and photos show AKD 1000 being referenced in potential product/s or papers or patents...nothing referring to AKD ll as yet, yes Dr. Tony and the Perth Research Institute must keep driving the innovations forward to 'maintain' our alleged lead of 3-5 years..but confirmed market based revenue has to be the immediate goal.
As Akida II was announced to the market in March 2023 with general availability around September/October 2023 I'm expecting news on AKD III within the next 5-6 months..what's your view ?
Tech.
