Exclusive first look at Aussie tech helping NASA return to the moon
"Palermo confirmed the entire project is Australian made, which means every dollar invested on the program has gone into uplifting skills in Australia."
Hi Tech.Hi super...off and on today I keep having this telepathic message in my head that another announcement is coming,
that's 100% true, but held back until now fearing I'd be laughed at.
When Tony told me via email that he had just finished recording the podcast and it would probably be put up next week,
well I was slightly disappointed when it didn't turn up, then the next week nothing (apart from an announcement) this
week the same pattern (an announcement) and still no advertised date for the podcast, maybe Sean has got a trifecta up
his sleeve !
A very good point was made to me the other night by a shareholder, in that, Sean never mentions anything about either
Renesas or MegaChips (I know all about NDA's) but nothing, does that seem a little strange given the timeframe, just
asking for a friend..
Regards....Tech.

Just as a footnote to comments made about Dr. Chris Eliasmith....we (Brainchip) did have a collaboration with Chris in either
2016, 2017 or 2018....can't be bothered checking the year, but I did reach out to him via Linkedin at the time, so we definitely
know each other, he focused mainly on SpiNNaker from memory.
We are still tied in with Mercedes Benz....that's the main thing to remember, better on the inner than the outer, if not, well, our company
would/could be charged with misrepresentation with having the Mercedes logo still displayed on our homepage.
Morning Fullmoonfever ,
Believe that board in your above picture is real .
Sighted it some time ago and tried to find the company behind it , to no avail .
Regards ,
Esq.
I Asked Grok and this was the reply
The image shows a flight controller board, which is a critical component in drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This particular design appears to be a part of a multirotor drone, likely a quadcopter or similar, given the layout and the number of connectors.
The company that makes this specific flight controller is not immediately identifiable from the image alone, but several companies are known for producing similar components:
Betaflight - Known for their open-source flight controller software, often used in custom builds.
Holybro - A popular manufacturer of drone components, including flight controllers.
DJI - While more known for their complete drones, they also produce flight controllers like the DJI Naza series.
KISS - Known for their minimalistic and high-performance flight controllers.
F4 and F7 series - These are types of flight controllers based on the STM32F4 and STM32F7 microcontrollers, respectively, produced by various manufacturers.
To determine the exact manufacturer, one would typically look for branding on the board itself, which might be on the other side or in a location not visible in this image. If you have access to the board or its packaging, that might provide more clues.
On the BRN website they have a Why Invest section which lists 7 reasons for investing in BRN.Hi TECH,
regarding that collaboration at the time (announced in February 2016), please see an earlier post of mine, in which I quoted @uiux, who already stated two years ago that Chris Eliasmith and our company had apparently parted ways a while ago, as evidenced by the former starting to work with Loihi instead of Akida.

Does anyone happen to have more up-to-date info on that topic?
Not necessarily.
It is a fact that Mercedes-Benz did “entrust” AKD1000 with the keyword spotting in the VISION EQXX. So it wouldn’t technically be a misrepresentation for their logo to be still there under “YOU‘RE IN GOOD COMPANY…” on the BrainChip website or under “Trusted by…” on presentation slides, even if they were no longer collaborating. But yes, personally I would also consider it somewhat misleading, if that were the case.
Do you have any explanation, though, why the reference to the VISION EQXX suddenly disappeared from BrainChip’s website under “Automotive”(www.brainchip.com/markets) sometime in July/August?
Just like anyone else not privy to what is going on in MB’s Future Technologies Lab, I obviously have no idea whether or not we are still being considered.
What I do know, however, is that I’ve raised quite a few valid points in recent months that those who claim it is more or less guaranteed that BrainChip technology has already been implemented or will be implemented in MB serial cars very soon have so far ignored or refused to address. Typing in my user name and “Mercedes” in the TSE search engine (looking glass on the top right) will come up with several of such posts.
In mid-October, Mercedes-Benz named a number of current research partners with regards to neuromorphic computing: the institutions and companies behind NAOMI4Radar (Uni Lübeck, TWT GmbH Science & Innovation, Intel Deutschland GmbH, TU München), Hochschule Karlsruhe as well as the University of Waterloo. BrainChip was not one of them.
Then again, I also spotted Innatera, SynSense and Neurobus claiming to be current partners of Mercedes - on their websites resp. in presentation slides - and as we know, Neurobus is in turn partnered with both BrainChip and Intel…
Without an official statement by either Mercedes-Benz or BrainChip, we won’t know for sure whether or not we’re still in the running.
Any poster claiming otherwise is merely guessing.

You do realise this forum is as bad as HC if not worse right? Any opposing views are shot down and belittled? Is that clown Wilzy still around here? His traits seem to live on strong hereGive it up packer, no one is interested in your whining, back to hc View attachment 74361
On the BRN website they have a Why Invest section which lists 7 reasons for investing in BRN.
One reason is:
" Marquee brands include Mercedes, Valeo, Vorago, and NASA, and commercial IP licenses with Renesas and MegaChips. Commercial availability of semiconductor chips, IP, tools, and boards."
My bold above.
If any of the 'Marquee brands' were not in fact connected with BRN then investors relying on the statement could hold BRN liable for any losses incurred if it was untrue. - including class action.
Take it from me the Marquee brands are still 'relevant'.
Nice one @Tothemoon24!News Release

Ooooh, I like this bit "Neuromorphic computing will become increasingly important in 2025 and beyond, particularly as AI demands more from computing than ever before"
Bring on 2025 I'd say(Still enjoying 2024 though, haha)
Here is the link:"Top 3 Cutting-Edge Micro-Caps Set for 2025 Growth
Story by Leo Miller, MarketBeat
• 37m
As 2025 approaches, several promising micro-cap stocks are gaining attention for their potential to disrupt key industries. These companies, though small in market size, are making significant strides with innovative technologies and strategic advancements. From revolutionary AI-powered chips to life-changing healthcare devices and cutting-edge 3D metrology solutions, these firms are well-positioned for future growth. Here's a closer look at three micro-cap stocks that could be on the verge of major breakthroughs in the coming year.
BrainChip: Aiming to Power Edge AI With Brain-Like Efficiency
BrainChip (OTCMKTS: BRCHF) is a micro-cap software and semiconductor company focused on neuromorphic computing. The goal of neuromorphic computing is to mimic the way the human brain processes information. This technology's value is in running AI and machine learning tasks with much lower power consumption than other AI accelerator chips. At this point, BrainChip is largely considered pre-revenue. Although, it has had quarters where it generated a couple of million in revenue. The company has mostly been obtaining patents for its technology and improving its designs.
The lower power consumption aspect of the firm's chips is vital to its value proposition. It makes these chips ideal for AI-driven edge computing. This is where chips process information close to the source where they receive it, rather than sending it back to a data center for processing. It is especially beneficial to reduce power use in devices that may go a long time without charging, like electric vehicles.
Recently, optimism around this company has emerged after the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory awarded it a $1.8 million contract. The revenue aspect of it is somewhat insignificant, but it represents an opportunity for the company to expand. The military wants to use BrainChip's tech in mobile platforms, like drones, robots, and aircraft. The press release indicates that the company's technology has now entered Phase II of the Small Business Innovation Research program. If the company can progress into Phase III of this program, it could transition into operational use by the military. This shows progress toward much more significant revenue generation, making this a stock to watch in 2025.
