I wonder if we would know if there is an Akida in the new Merc (or any other product for the same argument). A car would have millions of parts if counting every IC chip, resistors, cables, nuts and bolts. Akida is just a chip on a circuit board that is connected to sensors and other circuit boards and does nothing on its own and not visible. Does any car company disclose what brand of pigments they use in the car paint?

If NDA does not allow Brainchip to disclose it, we may never know until it shows in the financials.

The sad thing is I have been watching the financials like a hawk for years but nothng is showing.

At current share prices, I can't even afford a BYD so sticking to my 11 years old bomb.

Akida gets mentioned twice in the box on page 5, but strangely not in the compilation on page 7 that shows a timeline of “commercially available announced hardware, focussing on NM compute” by “commercial startups and spinoffs” that have emerged since about 2015.

Recently approved patent by RTX. Although filed in 07/24 I wonder if they will now use Akida as their neuromorphic enabler for defect detection........

Honestly I don't think so. For me this is clearly a role reporting to Steve and supporting the organisation to grow and educate ist sales force and customers.

I think it is a very positive sign, showing that the management needs to handle new complexity.

It will be a critical role for sure, boosting internal efficiency and external appearance towards customers.

Well you must be right Gamechange, seeing as you saw the need to join the forum, to comment on my post.

I believe we are in the new Nintendo Switch and would assume the deal for payment from Megachip will be a deposit and 1 to 3 months agreement before the full payment. This is all a guess of course yet I assume something along these lines which means we should see the $$$ in the next 2 financials quarterly’s from Megachip.
