The gradual discovery of EdgeAI.

The transition from Always-Connected-AI to Mostly-Local-AI has taken longer than expected.

But now this crucial step is finally being taken.

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!

This is from the Yole report Manny shared.

On the topic of waiting - it seems likely we’ll be doing quite a bit of that. According to the forecast, meaningful revenue growth isn’t expected until around 2029, with more substantial gains projected closer to 2034.

While it's encouraging to see progress in aerospace and defense applications, the report also highlights that this segment represents only a small portion of the overall market opportunity.

Help me understand!
It doesn’t excite you that 2029=$822M and 2034=$8.35B?

I’m F’ing excited about the possibility of $7-9M in booking this year, 2025!!

I doubt BRN will be around in 2029 if they are not self-sustained before that!

If they have to keeping on printing shares to survive, an individual shareholders will own less and less of the company if you keep status quo on your share count. Printing more shares will make a move to a US exchange more unlikely because the split will be brutal, reverse splits are normally seen as weakness on the market and will do us no good. We need steady income before a move, IMO.

They should give us the option at the 2026 AGM to vote on selling the company IF they think that might be the case.

Sell the IP rights, they should be worth quite a lot.

Well if that is the case, I can't see this company continuing to kick the can down the road with cap raises and dilution.
Better to be taken over, sooner rather than later. Imho

Hi Beebo,

I guess I’ve learned to temper my excitement in light of the realities we're facing. As you rightly point out, there’s a possibility of generating $7–9 million in revenue this year, but it remains just that - a possibility, not by any means a guaranteed outcome.

Furthermore, as both Guzzi and Drewski have pointed out, the risk of significant shareholder dilution through additional capital raises is a genuine concern - unless Sean can deliver a substantial and unexpected uplift in revenue, which seems unlikely given that current forecasts do not support such an outcome in the near term.

Having said that, I sincerely hope my skepticism in this regard proves to be unfounded.

The other thing I should point out is that this is assuming that the Yole Group's forecast paints an accurate picture. I don't know if it is optimistic or pessimistic. But I believe it does indicate the neuromorphic computing market is still in its early stages, with limited commercial adoption and achieving the projected growth will require significant advancements in technology and much broader industry acceptance.

Yes, it’s exciting.
But with all the hype, let’s not forget: there’s still a long road ahead.

And honestly…have you ever stopped to ask yourself how the company plans to stay afloat until then, without any significant revenue?

If things go south, we might be looking at a brutal reverse split that shrinks your holdings down to the point where even a future spike to $50 per share after a big deal wouldn’t get you back to break-even.

I’ve seen it happen plenty of times….people blindly holding 100,000 shares of various penny stocks, thinking “one of them’s gonna moon.”
Spoiler: Most of them didn’t.

That doesn’t mean it’ll play out the same way here. But if you don’t at least mentally prepare for that kind of scenario, the market will prepare it for you….and that’s usually not pleasant.

At this rate our best chance of succeeding is finding out another company is using technical that we have patented and we sue. 🤣

Like or loath Tony. My gut feeling is. His hands were tied and he was kept on a short leash.
IE: He only told shareholders what he was told to tell us. ( If that is the case. Why would that be?)

Well, I see it positively ... it saves the company money.

An agency can do his work and probably better.
