Just making way for someone in the USA?

That does not make sense. It is not yet clear if they are moving, and even if it will not be this year for sure.

Only dealt with Tony a couple of times via email. No complaints from me and I wish him well.

Hmm, not sure about the thanks to the Australian directors and Ken. I've lost faith in Antonio. Hope he didn't just paint a giant bullseye on Ken's back, have always been a bit of a fan.

This is from the Yole report Manny shared.

On the topic of waiting - it seems likely we’ll be doing quite a bit of that. According to the forecast, meaningful revenue growth isn’t expected until around 2029, with more substantial gains projected closer to 2034.

While it's encouraging to see progress in aerospace and defense applications, the report also highlights that this segment represents only a small portion of the overall market opportunity.

Yes, its put us in the shockingly awkward position where we will have to find scapegoats to avoid taking responsibility for our investment decisions. 😂
I think i might just be patient.

Well, I see it positively ... it saves the company money.

An agency can do his work and probably better.

An LLM could do his job

He said his role was made redundant. If that is the case then there wouldn't be a re-hire.

Good luck to Tony Dawe I only emailed him once, a couple of years ago. He said the success of Brainchip was "inevitable" i should have followed up with a clarification around timeframes .. perhaps it was also inevitable that I would need to wait indefinitely or infinitely.

Redundant because he lives in Aus and the position in now in the US ? Redundant because hes no longer suitable for the position? Many reasons why someone can be made/say they have been made redundant.. time will tell

Sorry to crash your thread guys but is anyone here having their posts deleted or is it just people on the AVZ threads?

Not just posts on our channel but entire threads being wiped out without any input from the moderators. Messages to @zeeb0t are going unanswered leading us to think that he may have been locked out or the site has been sold?

Again, sorry to interrupt, have a good night.

""Deleting files from a forum is classified as interfering with a carriage service.

Nobody is doing this for fun. I believe this is an orchestrated attack.

"Hacking a forum could potentially fall under Australian laws related to using a carriage service to menace, harass, or cause offence. Under Section 474.17 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), it is an offence to use a carriage service in a way that is menacing, harassing, or offensive. Since a carriage service includes internet-based communications, hacking a forum could be considered unlawful if it involves unauthorized access, disruption, or harm to others.

Additionally, cybercrime laws in Australia cover offences such as unauthorized access to restricted data and impairment of electronic communication, which could apply to hacking. The penalties for such offences can be severe, including imprisonment."

Regarding the mass deletion of posts on the AVZ forum""

Would be not surprised if T&J took over to control everything 😱

Not having any issues here that I am aware of.
Zeeb0t was around here a few days ago, but does seem to drop out occasionally.
Maybe try leaving a few messages for him on various posts and reporting them to flag his attention?
Just a thought.

I just asked ChatGPT regarding IR

“When a publicly listed company like BrainChip eliminates the position of Director of Global Investor Relations, it can carry several implications—depending on the company’s current situation. Here are some possible interpretations and examples from similar past cases:

🔍 1. Cost-Cutting Measure
• Meaning: The company is trying to reduce expenses—possibly due to lack of revenue or stagnating growth.
• Real-world example: Startups or small tech firms with limited income often cut roles that don’t directly contribute to product development. Investor Relations (IR) is usually among the first to go.

➡ Interpretation for BrainChip: This could signal that they’re tightening the belt—perhaps because the expected licensing revenues haven’t materialized yet.

🔄 Restructuring / Strategic Shift
• Meaning: Responsibilities are being consolidated or reassigned, often to the CFO or CEO. The IR function could be absorbed into a broader communications or marketing team.
• Real-world example: In growing firms, IR is sometimes handled directly by the CFO, especially when the company wants tighter control over external messaging.

➡ Interpretation: BrainChip may be aiming for a leaner, more centralized communication strategy—or simply trying to keep a closer hold on its public image.

❗ Loss of Market Confidence or Messaging Clarity
• Meaning: If a company struggles to clearly communicate its vision to the market, a sudden IR departure might be seen as a loss of credibility—especially if there’s no successor lined up.
• Real-world example: Companies like Nikola Motors or WeWork faced similar situations—frequent turnover in IR roles often created uncertainty among investors.

➡ Interpretation: If BrainChip doesn’t announce a clear replacement or communication strategy, it could deepen market skepticism.

👥 Personal or Role-Specific Reasons
• Meaning: Sometimes it’s more about the individual than the company. A change in leadership, direction, or personal decisions may lead to role eliminations.
• Real-world example: Frequent changes in leadership are common in tech startups and don’t always indicate deeper trouble.

Conclusion

In BrainChip’s current situation—where revenue remains unclear, licensing remains speculative, and the stock continues to trend downward—eliminating the IR role looks more like a cost-cutting signal than a strategic realignment.

Whether this is rational or risky depends entirely on what happens in the next few weeks:
• Will concrete licensing partners be announced?
• Will any revenue be disclosed?
• Or will management simply go quiet?

If none of these happen, the market will likely interpret this negatively.“

I like it! And like how they have finally put the words Mercedes-Benz in the customer section and not just the logo!
Hi MD........I would like to point out that I have placed two or possibly three posts over a number of years just after the
announcement was made by Mercedes in January 2022, where I referenced that I had asked Peter directly if we (Brainchip)
could comment on our relationship with Mercedes, and he advised me back then that Mercedes Benz were a customer, so it
shouldn't come as some sort of surprise, but I agree with you that the communication has finally been confirmed as such on
our official website.

All positive in my opinion.... kind regards Tech.

FYI: BrainChip’s use of that emblem-word-combo in the customer section is actually not as novel as you think it is.

While it is true that the words “Mercedes-Benz” didn’t show up in the “Trusted by…”-banner on the website prior to its overhaul, the combination of the Mercedes-Stern (that’s how we call the iconic logo in German; it literally means “Mercedes star”) and the words “Mercedes-Benz” had already been used in public by our company in the “BrainChip customers” context as early as May 2024, when Chris Jones (who has since left the company) gave a presentation at last year’s Embedded Vision Summit:

9ED96D10-8E78-40E8-92B3-CEA8C51214C1.jpeg

And the evidence of BrainChip publicly confirming that MB were a customer actually dates back to at least September 2023, when Sean Hehir referred to MB as one of their “Marquee EAP customers” in a presentation for Oppenheimer investors, the recording of which can be watched by anyone on YouTube.

3FB57226-4694-4BE9-AA19-A2F0250AE559.jpeg

Also have a look at the presentation slide preceding the one where our CEO talks about Mercedes-Benz being one of our Marquee EAP customers - voilà, both logo and brand name in combination:

BD00FF53-AE38-41BA-A672-E1D51499C371.jpeg

So I don’t take the recent minor change on our website as a sign of an upcoming price-sensitive BRN-MB ASX announcement, as some here and elsewhere seem to expect or at least hope for.

As I’ve repeatedly stated before, I do not see Mercedes-Benz selling serial cars that boast neuromorphic technology any time soon. And I honestly don’t see how anyone could still expect the opposite, given what MB posted on LinkedIn in January in response to a BRN shareholder’s query in the comment section (“Regarding the second question, we’re currently looking into Neuromorphic Computing as part of a research project. Depending on the further development progress, integration could become possible within a timeframe of 5 to 10 years.” cf. https://thestockexchange.com.au/threads/brn-discussion-ongoing.1/post-449452)

Speaking of the Mercedes-Stern: In mid-April, Mercedes-Benz quietly adopted a redesign of their iconic three-pointed star logo for their print and digital communication - a minimalist, monochrome flat version. It now comes in 2D white or 2D black rather than the familiar 3D metallic silver. However, vehicles will continue to be adorned by the classic three-dimensional emblem in chrome, which will also still be used as an architectural element at trade shows.

For those interested who do not speak German, here is a link to an article in English:

But now back to our Marquee EAP customers.

@manny100 has repeatedly posted about periodically confirming with our company that we retain a “commercial relationship” with all the Marquee brands listed on our website.

Here’s one such post, which is about six weeks old, so the info provided should have been fairly up-to-date at the time:

CD821917-9CA6-4BF2-A23F-DB1A2CFECE9C.jpeg

I continue to consider the terms “commercial relationship” or “commercial engagement” wishy-washy, as they’ve never been properly defined and - as far as I am aware of - seem to have been used only in private communication between our company and enquiring shareholders, not in public presentations or on our website.

(And generally speaking, I personally wouldn’t automatically expect all customers listed on a company’s website to be current customers - after all, why not use illustrious names of past customers as well when promoting your own brand?)

What is very interesting now is the fact that with the launch of the redesigned BrainChip website, one previously confirmed Marquee EAP customer has suddenly vanished into thin air: For some reason, VORAGO Technologies is no longer listed as a customer of ours on the landing page (even though it still gets a mention on the Investor Relations page, which is possibly pre-mid-December 2024 copy and paste content, though, that hasn’t been updated, given the Frontgrade Gaisler IP license is not yet reflected, cf. https://investor.brainchip.com/):

7F9F7C46-9C22-4685-8560-2BBB314127A1.jpeg

Another sloppy mistake that hasn’t yet been rectified or is there more to it?

As I remarked a week or so ago, the Partners section on the BrainChip landing page is still missing EDGX, MulticoreWare, MYW.AI and NEUROBUS - and also ANT61, by the way, which strangely doesn’t even show up under Solutions Enablement Partners (like the others do).

It seems odd, though, that VORAGO was simply forgotten, as the Customers section is not exactly huge.

So, let’s assume it was deliberately removed, then.
🤔… But why now, after all these years?

To the best of my knowledge there has never been a SBIR II phase involving both VORAGO and Akida.
Yet, VORAGO continued to be listed as one of our marquee brands for years:

Correct me if I am wrong, but so far, we haven’t heard anything about a SBIR II phase of that Vorago Technologies (previously Silicon Space Technology Corporation) proposal with Jim Carlquist as principal investigator, and a search on NASA’s website didn’t yield any relevant results beyond said SBIR I CNN RNN project, for which BrainChip received a one-time payment of US$ 50,000 from NASA on 21 Dec 2020 according to
https://www.usaspending.gov/award/CONT_AWD_80NSSC21P0633_8000_-NONE-_-NONE-

Maybe VORAGO never formally updated BrainChip on their progress, so our company considered it an ongoing “commercial relationship” of an EAP customer until they were recently formally notified by VORAGO that they would no longer pursue further research based on the completed SBIR I phase? 🤔

I noticed that the launch of our redesigned website coincided with an announcement of a strategic collaboration between VORAGO and Frontgrade Technologies (the US parent company of our Sweden-based partner Frontgrade Gaisler), but that doesn’t explain why VORAGO would simultaneously have ceased to be a BrainChip customer?
