At times I think to myself, gee, our company can't win either way, today we have a positive announcement on the ASX,
and still people moan, moan because there's no announcements on the ASX, moan when there is, I mean come on!

With regards actual figures attached to this announcement, honestly, what did you actually expect?......are products
readily available? are there previous year's sales figures to base forward estimates on for potential growth, considering
we're talking about "new disruptive technology?

A small new start-up formed in 2024, with less than a dozen staff, maybe, just maybe they were the ones who insisted
on an escape clause of just one month, our company would have loved to lock them in for 2 plus years, but didn't want
to apply too much pressure, so as, to secure a signature, and let Akida and our engineers do all the talking.

This post isn't directed to any particular shareholders, it's just my general observation, with a splash of opinion.

My attention was drawn to the proposed 300,000,000 share issue over the next 12 months, related to employee
incentives etc. (may have that slightly wrong) but I read it rather quickly earlier on.

Peter has my vote, Antonio I'm not so sure about personally.

Regards to all..............Tech.

Good stuff Sean... I honestly feel he is doing a great job. I must be living in a parallel universe as I don't see where all the negativity is coming from. It's business ... We don't need to nanny everyone. He created an ecosystem, is locking in partners and licenses... And had pivoted when necessary. All good qualities. 👍

Very positive. I like how this small company is obviously focussed on Edge AI and secondly that they are from South Korea. I imagine their target market is South Korea, who have a consumer market that aren't shy for trying new tech.

Great news. Great to see the various iterations of Akida used/implemented by different companies. First mover with ADK2000. Interested to see what product EDGEAI develops. A great milestone and well done to the team at Brainchip.
But what are the variable costs of the chips???

Just jokes Ceptro, let's not open this can of worms again.

Cheers,
H

I think people want an IP licence agreement with Tier 1 like "IBM" or similar with 1 Trillion dollars fee. then we can expect 10% sp rise

Seems like the South Korean government want to have its own independence and power when it comes to the semiconductor industry and have awarded EdgeAI previously as one of the startups to do so. I also like their are no VCs behind them as well (being a Brainchip holder we know full well how detrimental VCs can be particularly for SP growth)

For a 2 year old start-up company to make such a big leap forward, they'd definitely would have done their homework here. They need to find an edge, and they believe this is the way the tech industry is heading, otherwise a good chance it's goodbye EDGEAI.

Great work Brainchip in breaking into the Korean market, a real global up&comer.

I believe plenty of other Korean tech companies if haven't done so already, will be taking notice of this big leap EDGEAI has taken, and will definitely not want to be left behind. The big Korean techs should hopefully soon follow.

Not 100% sure, but doesn't Brainchip now have a Korean staff representative? If so, I'm thinking this would be helping things along as well.

I agree. You don’t jump into an agreement like that without doing the business math first.
Sure, they kept the terms fairly flexible and not overly restrictive when it comes to exiting the contract, but that’s perfectly understandable.
Once again, BrainChip is showing its open approach and its willingness to make its products available for broad use.

Some people will try to talk this down no matter what. GO BRAINCHIP!!!

The only thing not cooperating yet is the share price …but hopefully that will change too.

For those aussies I see the Edge Ai as a local Derby (Freo v Eagles or Collingwood v Essendon). Japan v Korea is the equivilent in the Tech space. I just see this early jump by Korea as impetus for Renesas and Megachip and potentially others to know start letting the NDA's go and declare their hand. I think we have a few exciting months ahead of us at the moment.

Just reading this article regarding the Lockheed Martin hacking claims, which again highlights the growing cyber risk facing defence systems.

Ironically, incidents like this reinforce the argument that future systems will need security embedded at the hardware layer, not just traditional enterprise IT cybersecurity tools. That’s exactly the type of problem the BrainChip + Quantum Ventura + Lockheed CyberNeuro-RT solution is aiming to address.

The less reliance on centralized cybersecurity models, the better, in my view.

All good. Glad there are no confusing price metrics attached to this announcement. A positive milestone for ADK2000.

Yes, cybersecurity is a real ongoing threat in the US at all levels.
The FBI Director Kash Patel at some stage had his personal email hacked.
Sounds like MetaGuard may have a role to play.

Agree, EDGEAI obviously want first mover in Korea. They want the IP even though Gen2/TENNs has not yet been validated in silicon like AKD 1000 and 1500. Probably why they needed that escape clause - but it also shows BRN complete faith in our products.
EDGEAI is a small company with limited funds.
An expectation of material revenue to comes leaves us to conclude they must have a partner willing to 'stump' up costs of integration and silicon proving otherwise there could be no expectation of future revenue right now.
They would have done their research and sold their new 'product dream' to prospective buyers - 1st mover for Gen2/TENNs - Worldwide not just Korea.

Two things to consider:

a) If my memory serves me well .......... wasn't it said by the Co, that any interested Co needing over
1 Million AKD chips would be best suited / served by using our IP methodology / cost basis. If so, then this is a
significant factor for royalties

b) seems that this might be Seans 1st " BOOKING" down ..... only another 8 to go !!! would be even better imo if all
other "Booking" happened before the upcoming AGM .... :) :) :)
