Hey buddy, long time no hear, well not really but I've been reluctant to post on the HC site as it usually ends in me giving away my identity. I look forward to bashing management on a public forum again :ROFLMAO:

Nice to be able to post on the Po3 threads again. HC eat shit and die please. So what of the last announcment?

I believe The best change for the share price to move forward is a good result from Osmoflo. Not from our board saying it went well but something from Osmoflo themselves. I've looked over the last report and this is what I think.

“The key outcomes of the strategic review were that the technology continues to be seen as ground breaking, but there remained an investment required in product development and marketing to get it to the market place”

So this ground breaking tech needed investment but we don’t have the funds? Here’s an idea, when start ups need money, they do CR’s and then we get more shares available to trade and then people don’t get scared of taking a punt knowing that if they need the money the volume will be there to sell if necessary.

The ACERT device is progressing to the next stages of product development with the aim to finalise the prototype by June 2022 and the pilot unit by September 2022.

So what happens in June or Sept when “The Company has previously sought to work with OEM’s to achieve that outcome on behalf of the company, but struggled with the margins required by the different participants in the development chain” Are we then going to start on a new prototype or are we going to Pivot back to water with Osmoflo or Pools? Seriously?

Through the quarter the Company worked with the whitegoods manufacturer through a Phase 2 testing program of the Company’s hydroplasma technology. The outcome of the work undertaken was sataisfactory to that whitegoods OEM and they have indicated a desire to move forward to a Stage 3 development, the protocols of which are being finalised.

So we were told after stage 2 the same crap. So next time around it will be Phase 3 (2.0) or do we get, “While the whitegoods OEM was satisfied by the product they struggled with the margins required by the different participants in the development chain” ……

Osmoflo After unavoidable Covid related delays due to border closures between Victoria and South Australia, the first phase of testing is set to begin in the second week of February. This phase will focus on establishing the potential of PuriflOH water treatment in prolonging reverse osmosis (desalination) membrane life and providing additional treatment value. Preliminary results are anticipated to be available by the end of the current quarter.

Ground Control to Major Tom, take your protein pills and put your helmet on. Ground Control to Major Tom (ten, nine, eight, seven, six) Commencing countdown, engines on (five, four, three) Check ignition and may God's love be with us (two, one, liftoff) Because this really is our best hope of any good news in the short-term IMO. This could be the one to lift us out of this rut!

Could not arrive at conclusive results primarily due to the inability to establish base line controls.

Hang on haven’t we heard this before somewhere? From 2019 Purifloh Limited (“PuriflOH”, “PO3” or “Company”) advises that the hospital trial work is ongoing. Isolating the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis (“MTB”) from air samples in the in situ environment remains challenging and the Company has still not been able to successfully obtain reliable baseline data. So by the sounds of it, these guys have no idea what they are doing. Maybe they can get Ozblue in to teach them a thing or 2?

My final thoughts on this company is, what are the insiders telling us? Well apart from AS buying in at the start Simon Lill bought a measly $2k worth and the likes of Jon Evans, Will Sagnato, Steve Annear etc, are buying nothing! 65% discount on the shares from when Bill bought in. 86% lower than the highs and still the insiders say, yeah, no thanks. So how do they expect us to want to stay or buy in? What the hell do these guys do on the daily? Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

I totally agree with all your points, extremely frustrating, been holding since 2017. Who, in their minds would even participate in a CR at this time, only chance is to progress with the trials and hopefully sign a type of agreement with the hotel chain, Osmofolo or the OEM. Of course, I recall their timeliness from I think, 2020, that we would already be in production by now, those types of failures don't inspire any confidence in management, but there's not much to do except wait. With so little in the way of announcements, it's difficult to even comment on a forum, as I do now, I feel like I'm just going round in circles killing time and hoping for a better announcement next time. It does look very dark and grey atm, but I really do have confidence in the tech and we only really need one of the uses to get some traction on the share price. We'll see by mid year, if we can finally let out a sigh of relief......... Nothing more to really say, except, I hope we aren't followed over by shit posters.... GL

Can I suggest you do a little advertising on the po3 site to migrate them here? If you use a photo of the address HC can word search to delete.

I did consider it, but don't want to attract the wrong crowd, if you know what I mean. Really not much to talk about, seeing the progress we're making atm, but hopeful things will change by mid year.

I just think we need to get a few more investors interested. The SOI/free float on this baby is crazy but also its downfall. A few LTH could/would get it well over Bill's buy in at $2.40. But also the directors at this stage could do the same. A little bit of confidence in their company would see belief back for investors and the SP well ove $3 in no time. $100k would get it there at the moment.

I don't believe that Osmoflo would have asked to test their device if they hadn't already done their own DD on the technology. They are paying some of the costs, and are most likely hoping and looking at a solution that will be unique. If all goes ahead I'd imagine that they not only use it for new customers, but upgrade all of their current customers facilities. Testing has started (according to their Ann) and results will be coming though in time. I have high hopes as the Technology in my opinion ticks the right boxes to give RO processes a much longer life span. Time of course will be the answer to this question.

Yes, totally agree, but I think both the hotel chain and OEM have done their due diligence before continuing with the trials. The OEM wouldn't be wasting their money and time, and of course the hotel wouldn't want some contraption installed onto their a/c units without prior investigation. Your guess is as good as mine to which gains traction first, but at least we have multiple opportunities, and only time will tell..... Hopefully, not too much time.

Yes, however I'm actually in the water industry, and we are crying out for this type of technology. Of course it has to work and be financially beneficial for our customers. I only came on board for the water possibilities as I know if it works it will be financially rewarding for the company. (and others who use it in the industry.)

Well, let's hope that the next announcement is extremely positive, and not just a fluff piece explaining how we're still progressing with trials and on target for commercialisation in 2027, sorry, ahh, 2023. Anyway, as the prices head southwards, there's no 'safe' harbour for your cash, except the bank, assuming the bank isn't Canadian. Hopefully we get some positive results from the Osmofolo trials in about a months (?) time, and I don't even want to imagine what our share price will be if its not good. GL
