LONDON, June 21, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Janus Henderson Group plc (NYSE/ASX: JHG) ("JHG" or the "Company") announced that Ali Dibadj has joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Additionally, Mr. Dibadj has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. He succeeds Roger Thompson, Chief Financial Officer, who had served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from 1 April 2022 to 20 June 2022. Mr. Thompson will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer.
