LONDON, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Pentwater Capital Management LP, the second-largest shareholder of Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd , said on Friday it opposes Rio Tinto's acquisition of the Canadian miner, and was weighing legal options to thwart the deal.
