This is one of the most mind bending revelations that the Talga story brought me. The realization that climate activists and protectors dont care about the climate at all. They are only there to nourish their enemy image (in German, I would say 'Feindbild' as it has exactly the right connotation but there is no english equivalent. Its a term to describe something as you think is your enemy and you nourish it by fighting the thing you think is your enemy, but in reality it isnt. What you do is you feed your view of the world, but not the true world. Hard to explain.). Environmental protectors prevent environmental projects everywhere. Once you start realizing this pattern, you can see it in lots of things. And Talga made me see it. I did not expect that beforehand. Its so absurd.

I also thought we already owned it. That seems odd. Is it the same land we already started building on? I feel like we were also looking at purchasing an adjacent lot maybe?

It was just my confusion. I only had little time and could only read part of it without the explanation.
Talga had already bought it, but then had to give it back because of Swedish anti-climate-protection-delaying-tactics of the NIMBYs and politics and that clause. Now they have signed the contract again.
And yes, I also think Talga has secured an extension. But I would have to look for the information.
