I can't understand why stock swami gets all worked up, what's wrong with the wanker?
He really needs help.
His court case was obviously not enough to teach him a lesson, maybe he is applying for an encore.
Can't anybody tell the idiot to grow up?

The reason the house is not in Klaus' name is not unusual for business people.
It is a simple asset protection strategy to protect the house from creditors in case of a bankruptcy.

I can't give a rat's arse, if the Eckhofs sell their house for 1 dollar, 100 million dollars, or not at all.

This new thread i have created is about a very important topic that could very well change the landscape of our great country Australia in the not so distant future, .....THE VOICE,

Its also a thread that can be used to debate other political topics, including geo political issues as well

Hi all,
All this talk about the Chinese getting enough shares to pass a resolution at an EGM has got me thinking...

And I think it's a great idea!!

Call an EGM and vote to have the board issue a public statement:
"Go fuk yourself Zijin"

I reckon we could get 50% support for that

The only statement AVZ should give Zijin is: 'See you in Court, any particular reason you have a bout of cold feet?'

You don't have to be Einstein to understand, that they are trying another way to find out what the hell is going on and to delay proceedings.

I think everyone needs to see the change that is happening right before us.

Two of our biggest detractors Jean-Claude Bukasa and JKMF (Cami head) have been removed through presidential orders in the past week. If you are truely across AVZ story you will know the significance of these two and the drama both have bought. The last piece of the puzzle is Celestin from Cominiere and I am sure it’s just a matter of time until his fate is sealed the same way.

Hold strong AVZ shareholders and don’t fall / succumb to the Chinese trying to by your shares to throw the board. There is a reason why the Chinese are acting and that is because they are loosing power and a foothold in Manono.


Nigel and the team will come through this and will be rightfully awarded the ML.

We as shareholders should back our board, period!

Whilst it is taking longer than normal to secure our ML, we know two of our biggest detractors this week have been removed. This is huge news as both of these individuoals played a part in why the ML was held up in the first play and the reason the decree got cancelled.

This is the time to unite and give the board a chance to get this across the line for us shareholders. It’s been a rough and stressful time for all of us but with the MoM landing on our WA shores in early September and us presenting at DRC Africa Battery Metals forum in mid September, I suspect there is good news around the corner.

Let’s act like Aussies and back this company and it’s board and not sell out to the Chinese!

At least give Nigel and the board the decency to discuss at the AGM. However I suspect we will have an ML well and truely before then!

Keep the Chinese away! Protect Australian companies!

I was going to estimate $3M for land and a $5M build so my number came to $8M

That is the old house Charbella which was priced correctly at the time. The new house is much bigger and better but is unlikely to sell for 16M imo.
