That is the old house Charbella which was priced correctly at the time. The new house is much bigger and better but is unlikely to sell for 16M imo.

"Lose" - verb meaning fail to win, to misplace something or free yourself of something. eg "If I lose my bet on the horses I may lose my shirt and then I might lose my shit"

"Loose" - adjective meaning not tight or not firmly affixed or attached. eg "The loose rope on my yacht just let loose and the vessel has now slipped loose of it's moorings"

Combining
