FAT TAIL matter still pending as i hear..!

On November 7 Notice was issued by the ICSID the Proceeding is suspended for non-payment of the required advances by either party.

Reports out of the AGM seemed to indicate these would be sorted prior to XMAS by the AVZ Finance team via Piper Lawyers. There is no notification confirming this has happened.

Once the AVZ team sort this out pressure reverts to the DRC. The timeline for the DRC to make this payment will close in late January 2025 according to the payment requirements

People love positive posts, it’s what they want to hear. But some posts are often more about gaining popularity than being realistic. The reality is, it’s a long road before retail holders see any return on this stock.

AVZ should have access to the Locke funding by the end of this month. However, have recent events jeopardized the Locke facility? Hard to say, but Graeme deleting that announcement from his LinkedIn might be a red flag...?
He has a professional following, he may want to make sure he provides accurate information. Deleting the Locke Funding announcement might mean nothing, we don’t know yet, but the first test of how serious the AFP action is? Whether AVZ can actually access those funds, we”ll find out soon enough.
