All the grassy areas look legit when you zoom in on the lower right etc.

I’m suspicious of any emerged poster in the last little while, no interest for years then we have deleted posts, sly comments, rude comments etc.

Relying on Spikarama to come up with a more secure forum hopefully.

After 3 odd years of, personally ,quietly reading and valuing some good info on the state of affairs here, it appears the recent influx of potentially nefarious random accounts, and the sudden recent deletions/lack of admin attention, has lead to this site now becoming irrelevant. Shame for the genuine AVZ holders that aren't part of the day to day banter but appreciated the snippets of info. I'd agree, however, that discussions are probably best on a private forum with access only for members that can confirm they are genuine holders. The amount of subterfuge we've all been subjected to over the last few years is staggering

If it were AI generated or CAD, it wouldn't have the fish eye effect curving the wall at the bottom of the image, and likely would have more even grass appearance, where the grass on the left is splotchy and dead on areas.

Jens is on public record stating he holds 8 million shares, and he’s also previously mentioned selling part of his holding to cover his original outlay.

So no matter what happens from here — whether the offer is $0.50 or $5 — he doesn’t lose a cent. He’s likely walking away with millions either way. It’s not a criticism, but it does explain why he’s more relaxed about a lower return than those who came in later and still have serious capital at risk. For them, it’s not about how many millions they’re making — it’s about whether they even get out whole.

As others have posted Manono is a project that has a 50+yr LOM , money making machine, the ultimate lithium package that cannot be matced for sheer grade & scale, lithium spot is shit, but it wont remain like that for too much longer, therefore a tight arse offer wont cut it no matter what.

I appreciate people wanting maximum for this deposit but you have to consider the lithium price. Also we are not a producing mine at full output and then there is sovereign risk. And just on the lithium price, Albermarle’s bid of $3 a share back in 2023 is not looking so hot now; current LTR price: 0.57c. The thing in our favour based on the drilling is we have the world’s largest and purest and cheapest to develop lithium deposit compared to inferior minnows like LTR.

Also a class action will get you no money, except misplaced vengeance. Nigel has done everything he can. It is not his fault but the fault of corrupt entities in the DRC and China which interrupted AVZ’s 100% legal process. He was told he would get the mining licence but corrupt entities took it away every time.

And…..going to the bitter end with the ICSID will get you no money either. The DRC is broke; and besides it will take years.

Our only hope is that Kobald or another American entity buys us out and the catalyst being the American government who realise if the Chinese get their hands on the world’s largest lithium deposit they will control lithium pricing and supply.

Yeah it’s real. Reverse image search and it’s been used by a whole heap of organisations such as WWF etc. even got a different angle of the same establishment on Zijin own website . Also google maps is your friend. All around the Zijin copper mine you have buildings with the exact same colour scheme.

Regardless, my own taxi driver reckons some juicy news will be forthcoming very soon.

Though this taxi driver is an idiot eve by their own admission so dunno what to think of it!

Even Kiki getting in on the price calls by punters . $12 is the obvious result given the whole circumstance we find ourselves in. As others have noted, this is at an already generous discount.

The best place for us to be would be right in the middle of a US China bidding war for control of mineral supply, China has it locked down right now but the US want to establish one. Right now as you say the lithium price is in the toilet and we have a glut of supply so it wont happen now. The current market conditions will not last into the end of the decade and as non-china supply chains come online, China lose their ability to manipulate the market.

So the question is, what is fair value. Kobold will have to pay enough so that we don't want to knock them back and keep progressing ICSID and either use that as leverage to get an ML and progress or along the way get a better partner/sale. If the US deal goes through I think it changes the landscape of doing business in the DRC, which will hopefully bring opportunity for us. After all AVZ has over decades of supply, its very short term thinking to flip it for profit now, without factoring in the deacdes of value.

China already control lithium price with their dirty lepo mines, which are all subsidised by Xi, so just imagine if china controlled the entire Manono ?

So USA, what value is Manono to you on a strategic / geopolitical scale to prevent total dominance of China ?

If the USA puts up a low ball pathetic offer, then they are not fair dinkum.
