I didn't mention 0.90. And I wouldn't be happy either with a takeover or selling of our percentage of Dathcom as this was all avoidable if management didn't agree to partition the tenement.If even Modo is happy, pause a moment, does this not tell you everything you need to know. Even MODO knows a reasonable TO price is NOWHERE near .90
BUT at $1.5-2 we are leaving so so much on the table, however if it was communicated by the BOD that we have been and will continue to be blocked then obviously we have to get as much for it as possible in its current state, then so be it.
Like you I think it doesn't look anything like that ATM, it looks like we are ever so slowly progressing. The shuffle is important, Felix has stated that crims will be dealt with, it wouldn't suprise me to see Kayinda moved into another position then sometime after the elections dealt with.
The $1.5 was laughed at and ridiculed by many at the start of this suspension, everyone knew it was a joke price. It seems like people are over it so just want to sell it cheap to get a good profit instead of wait till mining and beyond for ridiculous profit.
Personally I'd not be happy at all with that, with what we have left on the table, yes I'd literally be not happy to have millions paid out to me because....... I'm here for the dividends

I think the deposit is worth multiples of 2.00 when in operation at current shares outstanding. I'm sure the bod does too. But at this point the only thing that matters is what the DRC government does.
If we are still waiting for something as simple as calculating numbers then registering a fucking document come mid year and a fair offer comes along it's game over imo

I've said multiple times on here my TO price without a ML is 1.5, which is why I brought it up. We get our licence and all bets are off.
All I said in the original dispute is that 90c seems more plausible than 10$ in my book for a takeover for where we sit right now and I stand by that. I can't see how anyone would think otherwise but that's up to you. I don't believe it would by for 90 by any stretch, BTW.

I can't remember who posted it or where it was said (I think at a roadshow) but allegedly Nigel said that CAMI told AVZ that the request for the partition came from Felix. But when Nigel met with Felix he told him that wasn't true and he never requested the tenement be split.
Obviously AVZ management agreed to partition the tenement somewhere between the end of the favourable opinions process and the issuing of the ministerial decree. They were more than happy to announce the north would be renewed under a PR on May 4th 2022 and trade for 3 days after.
Clearly this was a scheme cooked up by Mupande and Klaus to flip the north to Zijin. Call it what you want on AVZ management's behalf but this was the moment all of our troubles finalising the licence began. Considering this is not the norm in the mining code I would have requested written proof from Felix before agreeing to anything that jackal Mupande proposed.
From the AGM:
Issue that a portion of mines directorate said we hadn’t done the work on the northern tenement area, and shouldn’t get the north?
A: That’s not within the mining code. So 13359 should be retained in its entirety – however the northern area may need to come under a separate exploration tenement, even though that’s not the established process. – We know who’s behind this (e.g. DG CAMI)
What about AJN having a crack
A: “their premise is that we’ve returned the northern tenement to government. We haven’t. Draw a conclusion out of that”

It looks like Klaus and Mupande in leauge with Zijin who they were to sell it to hatched this plan, MOP being involved to probably or at least got a cut due to her facilitating AJN.
