Even the people of manono beg desperately to the president because it would change their lifes, but nothing happen not even a answer what is the problem.

When FT told the people to present him with corruption evidence this was a red flag for me. Unless something was missing in translation I thought it an appalling and arrogant thing to say from a leader. WTF does he think leadership entails - pleading ignorance to the bleeding obvious whilst swanning around the world having a fat time. Very disappointing performance IMO.

Didn't one of the government person that left to oppose him complain that all he did was swan around the world lol

Where is the info? And what I want to know is. Where is the media plan. Why are AVZ not crowing from the hilltops about the corruption and compromises that are being requested! Fck Witt is jetting around world selling DRC. DRC is clearly in breach of international legal process. Invest in DRC lose it all. Cominiere are currently a shareholder in Dathcom. CAMI are the ones that AVZ took to court. The 30 days time limit applied to the Minister of Mines issuing the ministerial decree. There is no time limit for CAMI to calculate the surface rights in the DRC mining code. As I have said repeatedly here nothing will happen until the DG of CAMI is replaced or the 'dispute' about the northern area of the tenement is resolved.

From the AGM:

Interview NF mentioned once mentioned once decree issued 10 day period before Court could issue the licence. What happened?

A: This was a misunderstanding. As soon as your documentation was in order and issued, this talk of periods was regarding the ministerial decree. Other steps in way of ML – CAMI have held up the invoicing, illegally in our view.

Avz took CAMI to court. Cami said they lost their calculator as it was in their pocket when they put it in the washing machine, they are trying to dry it out though and hope with new batteries it could be salvaged. The court of snacks bought (no pun intended) this very plausible story and so have given CAMI time required for the drying.

AVZ needs to take them there again, but currently AVZ is very busy enjoying canapes and champagne (on ice) today in the office, Nige may flick a cheeky text message over to Serge in the DRC before his siesta, probably not though because he will be quite tired from all the champagne.

Please feel free to take a shot at the mantle, its quite therapeutic and of course you shall no doubt have many heads nodding.

Has Nigel ever said the issue holding up the ML is the norther section ? That the ML for Roche Dure is there if we accept giving up nth CDL ? Has he ever actually said that ? I have never heard him say it . Can someone please give me proof that this is the hold up ? Was the question asked at the RD/AGM?

'There is no time limit for CAMI to calculate the surface rights in the DRC mining code' - Maybe, but he can't just roadblock MoM decisions and take forever to press the calculator keys. FT can provide notification for release, he clearly hasn't done that yet.
