Honestly WHO knows the exact reason why we are in suspension …its been that long ago it was announced …then NF slipped in at the AGM the “shorts position” a pissing 4% …let us worry about shorts …every stock get hammered now & then FFS we were a ASX200 stock once …thanks to our useless & out of touch board Monday ive had to do a @JAG and commence work again .Whilst our under performing BoD drain our funds like maggots on a dead carcass
Hold a Shit Show now & see what response you get
Haha oh don't get me wrong, the underlying reason is corruption and unfortunately it's still corruption that's stopping us getting the ML

Problem with too quick of a flick is it can leave an underwhelming feeling

Correct me if I’m wrong. AVZ were in court with Cominiere who said they simply needed time to calculate surface rights?

Why isn’t AVZ now taking every mother fucker to every court that will hear them to get the ML? We have the 3 ticks that is all that’s required and as per mining code the ML must be issued within 30 days. Did Nigel misread and think it said 300 days?? He even mention going to court in an interview to get the ML.
It’s obvious the ML isn’t going to be granted through the ‘normal’ process so let’s go the offensive and drag it out of them.
I don’t think the DRC is the place to play the ‘let’s be nice and she’ll be right’ game plan. It’s the place where pricks like Klaus earn a living because they are ruthless.
Grow some fangs Nigel and start ripping in.
MMCS still trying through the courts to get something from Manono and they have no case. We have spent 100m proving this resource! We have good legal rights! ( at least according to our Lord and Saviour Nigel Ferguson )

Easter’s coming so if one prick mentions Easter eggs again so help me God we’ll unlease Moneybags on them for sparing practice….

Have a nice day

Cominiere are currently a shareholder in Dathcom. CAMI are the ones that AVZ took to court. The 30 days time limit applied to the Minister of Mines issuing the ministerial decree. There is no time limit for CAMI to calculate the surface rights in the DRC mining code. As I have said repeatedly here nothing will happen until the DG of CAMI is replaced or the 'dispute' about the northern area of the tenement is resolved.

From the AGM:

Interview NF mentioned once mentioned once decree issued 10 day period before Court could issue the licence. What happened?

A: This was a misunderstanding. As soon as your documentation was in order and issued, this talk of periods was regarding the ministerial decree. Other steps in way of ML – CAMI have held up the invoicing, illegally in our view.

Avz took CAMI to court. Cami said they lost their calculator as it was in their pocket when they put it in the washing machine, they are trying to dry it out though and hope with new batteries it could be salvaged. The court of snacks bought (no pun intended) this very plausible story and so have given CAMI time required for the drying.

AVZ needs to take them there again, but currently AVZ is very busy enjoying canapes and champagne (on ice) today in the office, Nige may flick a cheeky text message over to Serge in the DRC before his siesta, probably not though because he will be quite tired from all the champagne.

Please feel free to take a shot at the mantle, its quite therapeutic and of course you shall no doubt have many heads nodding.

By the looks of it ( and no with updates whatsoever to the contrary ) Nigel currently looks like this

Has Nigel ever said the issue holding up the ML is the norther section ? That the ML for Roche Dure is there if we accept giving up nth CDL ? Has he ever actually said that ? I have never heard him say it . Can someone please give me proof that this is the hold up ? Was the question asked at the RD/AGM?

'There is no time limit for CAMI to calculate the surface rights in the DRC mining code' - Maybe, but he can't just roadblock MoM decisions and take forever to press the calculator keys. FT can provide notification for release, he clearly hasn't done that yet.

I asked Nige during his Melb RS preso if the dispute (with CAMI) over getting PE for north/CDL was the key issue holding up ML. He said yes it is 1 of the key issues. Now I see it a another example/facet of the over-riding problem - DRC corruption and Chyna influence/bribes at the highest levels of DRC Govt.

I think FT's focus is playing a long game, slowly cleaning up some corruption & ignoring some other corruption if needed to get himself re-elected. I don't know what side of the ledger we/AVZ stand on. My glass half full view (inspired by IGF/Jules' public stand for AVZ) is that AVZ will probably get ML. I just hope we get it soon, well before this Nov/Dec (?) election. IMO. GLTAH. Sparrowhawk.

No Nigel has never said it is the hold up. But it clearly is the reason imo

Nigel speaks out of both sides of his mouth on this issue. He's either 'not fussed' about the north as the 'good powder' is in the south or we're told by him to 'draw a conclusion' that 'AJN claim that the north was given back to the government but it wasn't'.

We traded for 3 days after the ministerial decree announcement even with the Zijin rumours flying around and only went into suspension after the weekend when Nigel resigned from AJN's board. All of the hold ups and the suspension are Nigel making sure he doesn't also need to resign from AVZ's board because he has personally financially benefited from AVZ shareholders losing part of our key asset imo

DGs calculator is clearly working ttx announced yesterday (24/1/23) that they now have their $3m cash facility to start TiTan project at 12447 & 12448 south of Manono ; they are now moving their gear down to those tenements from Manono.

Anyone hear anything as to why TTXs tailings tenement is gone missing from the CAMI site? assume its still the case (CAMI site not revised in 3 days / still offline, albeit the menu tab still has a pulse, odd. TTX are a listed company, but they havent release anything to the market over the tailings tenement gonski from the CAMi site; probably putting it down to a CAMI website issues or other when someone asks

Cheers . Yes it would appear there are other major issues aside from Nth CDL . One of them being the Chinese wanting control of the whole thing including Roche Dure IMO .

Yeah obviously the overriding problem is Mupande being bribed to make things difficult for AVZ. He isn't doing this for the lulz.

AVZ management are more than willing to accept the licence as it stands in the ministerial decree. Otherwise they wouldn't have taken CAMI to court to finalise the licence.

The justification Mupande will be using for not calculating the surface rights is he doesn't know if it should just be PE for RD with no CDL, PE for RD with CDL as PR or the whole tenement as a PE as the law says it should be.

This bullshit from him wouldn't be possible if AVZ management hadn't agreed to the partition imo

No guarantees. But I reckon if AVZ management ceded the north then we would get our RD PE surface rights invoice. But it would then only be a matter of time before China controlled the entire tenement imo
