Certainly hope the President does the appropriate decision making regarding surface rights being calculated on all of 13359.
Otherwise only hope is to take CAMI and Mupande to ICC.
Fortunately DRC are part of the New York Convention so any court ruling at ICC has to be applied.
FT Would be embarrassed if this was to occur and most likely would act prior to ICC case against CAMI.
