Hmmm just did a deep dive on Peter Huljich and had a look at his achievements.
It was like walking into a museum of train wrecks.
I am just amazed this idiot was ever a director of AVZ.
And he is now trying to sell himself as God's special gift to save AVZ?

Any person who considers voting for dear Peter should do his proper dd prior to the vote.
After lifting the lid on the directorships of dear Pete, the smell of rotting cadavers was so obnoxious I had to close the lid immediately.
Klaus and his mate Kong must be desperate to push this guy.
It is interesting to see how Klaus repeats his trick, disappears through the side curtains after taking his profits and uses PH to give a company the final stab in the back to leave the retail share holders with empty hands.

IF director nominations for the three clowns are still in effect at 2023 AGM, then 2 positions can be contested - Clarke and Johnson were last elected/re-elected in 2020, and will be required to put themselves forward again (assuming they want to).
In hindsight, rather foolishly, we voted Hugelips back in in 2021, but then the shareholder revolt threat in 2022 saw him off, and then Brans was voted back in in 2022
Our constitution says AVZ can have up to 9 directors, including MD (who is not required to stand for re-election), but I can see no need for the clowns - we don't need a circus, and we don't want to replace "the best BoD on the ASX", eh @geo_au
