IF director nominations for the three clowns are still in effect at 2023 AGM, then 2 positions can be contested - Clarke and Johnson were last elected/re-elected in 2020, and will be required to put themselves forward again (assuming they want to).

In hindsight, rather foolishly, we voted Hugelips back in in 2021, but then the shareholder revolt threat in 2022 saw him off, and then Brans was voted back in in 2022

Our constitution says AVZ can have up to 9 directors, including MD (who is not required to stand for re-election), but I can see no need for the clowns - we don't need a circus, and we don't want to replace "the best BoD on the ASX", eh @geo_au

Absolutely Doc, but they are just the by product of this whole sordid affair, its the criminal master minds who stood on the side lines and watched AVZ bod and LTHSH finance , explore and define a magnificent resource that has no peer, then took a opportunity thru covid to plot our demise........attempting and succeeding to convince the President / Cami that AVZ was derelict in its duties and not worthy to produce, even tho we achieved 3 favourable opinion via fact.

Should never had got to that stage if FT was following the progress of Manono and the document trail in the first place, then following that, ignoring the IGF report that Jules Alingete produced, highlighting the corruption, hanging AVZ out to dry....shameful !!

Had the IGF report been respected, Manono would be close to completing construction, with production " imminent " and with that royalties / taxes to improve DRC locals impoverished lifestyles...." imminent ".........yet here we are, still 2 years away minimum.

Zijin / Dathomir / Kibeya / the evil green lady / Mupande / FT.............they are the evil and architect of this disgraceful mess.

He has allowed the termites to eat in the inner sanctum to the point of ridicule and condemnation on a global scale, massive damage has been done on multiple levels.

If i was President of the DRC and was following the mandate of quelling corruption, I would have cajoled all the corrupt fuckers regards to Manono in a meeting room and called the riot act on them, threatening to allow Jules Alingete to put the ruler over their existing business / past business dealings, prosecute where necessary, make the fucks squirm for their existence if they dont pull their heads in.

I would of gone to China and told Xi that if he didnt instruct his cohorts to back off with stealing mining projects, ripping off DRC with bogus economic data linked with royalties / taxes, then China would be blocked from future mining investment and opportunities would be passed over to the west , reminding the shit head that China needs DRC, more than DRC needs China .

Yeah, Xi might get pissed and demand B & R initiatives to be repaid ASAP, but i am sure the west could cover the bill to garner a more equal share of the critical minerals the world requires, without China ruling the narrative, small price to pay i reckon...

That would be the action of a strong leader who has his country best interests at heart......but alas.

Looks like old stuff that I wasn't in the know about, but was previously held by DATHCOM and sold to these other companies like Hong Kong Mining SARL and Yisen.
Dont know why Kiki is bringing them up now......
Unless..... deal done with those companies and AVZ/Dathcom lost out on some of the pie for PR13359 (more going to the state) and DATHCOM received slices of the other permits..... GLTAH DYOR
