Would they be obliged to provide an update announcement tomorrow on the proceeding?

My guess is no need to provide an update unless there is an outcome

The favourable ruling in the emergency arbitration proceedings against Cominiere was announced Monday May 8th 2023. The ruling was on Friday May 5th and obviously with the time difference from Paris this was after market close. I'm unsure of when the hearings were and how soon after the order was given. Also this was a quicker proceeding due to it being an emergency having only begun in April.

The arbitrator in the Zijin case indicated he wanted a 'tight' procedural calendar with a hearing no later than early October. Can't imagine we will need to wait too long to get a ruling. And I'm sure we will get an official announcement pretty fucking quickly after the decision on this jurisdictional challenge as it is the key matter in this entire shitshow.

Newspapers the world over are struggling to adapt to changes in their business model. When you relentlessly cut costs to stay afloat journalism suffers and we end up with old mate T-bag spewing his half-truths (and careful omissions of fact).

Before online came onboard, newspapers were the go, multiple journalists were contracted to cross reference the facts of articles, to provide variety, building a reputation of honesty and integrity, back in the day i really looked forward to reading the AFR, it was a good read, now , its just a cut and paste job, one journalist covering a magnitude of articles and the reputation is cheap, nasty and i wouldnt even use it to wipe my arse.......or maybe i would use it to wipe my arse if T bag was mentioned, after all, he is full of shit.......no ?
