Exactly.... that are my thoughts too.....the magic word is, including those underway with Kobold......
It's pretty obvious that there are other parties who want the whole cake or at least a big slice.
US sits on the prime seat through the peace for mineral deal...but Nigel can use the other offers as a trump card.
There aren't any real number offers public mentioned, everybody waits till the opening move by Kobold
This will be only the beginning of an extraordinary game of chess....hold on to your socks

Meaningful Resolution between AVZ and DRC
THAT is a major question.?
only meaningful application to that is follow the law as kobold would want to set an example of doing business respecting the law.
So unless the mining licence for all of the permit 13559 is restored to the rightful owner in Dathcom/AVZ then it is a compromise and not meaningful.
Zijin can still have the North if Kobold receives fair price for it and includes the fair value of the North included in the fair compensation take over to AVZ.
We all know that Kobold do not want comminiere involved but currently the North is JV between Zijin and Comminiere ? So how this is resolved will be interesting ..I am hoping that the US simply adds pressure to the DRC to adhere to the mining law and returns the ML for the North and South to Dathcom who in turn sells to Kobold.
There is no way Zijin will go to the courts to claim legal title as they know they are in the wrong with Comminiere in how the ML for tge North was obtained.
Yes extraordinary game but not chess but survival for the DRC

We must not forget that this is probably the largest, and most valuable, geostrategic asset in the renewables story.
US will want 100% of all of it, despite what they may say.

On a different note, NF warned SHs some time ago to temper their expectations regarding sale price.
However, that was long before ICSID reached squeaky bum time and KoBold turned up.

Yes, you need to register your AVZ shares with Automic Share Register as issuer-sponsored shares. Automic is just a registry.

Make a user name and password, if not done already.
Phone Automic: 1300 288 664
Request that your SRN is sent to you. Automic will send it by post only, and to the address on file.
When your SRN arrives, login and add your AVZ shares as issuer-sponsored, and all good.

I'm here mate, but then I can't vouch that my posts are, after the tag team of you know who/who and who seem to be able to delete all of my, Dave's and Samus's posts, without any notifications from @zeeb0t

Further, when each of us are logged in, our posts appear to still be online but in profile they are gone, and for anyone else reading the threads they are also gone

@zeeb0t this hack needs serious input from your side please.

If you want to move your holdings to Automic, open a ticket with IBKR and let them know what you want to do. At this stage, your shares are held through a custodian, and the AVZ office doesn't know you as a holder. Your name won’t appear on the registry, and you don’t have an SRN or HIN because you don’t directly own the shares.

IBKR will send you some forms to sign and to upload back to them. This is a manual process, and it typically takes around two weeks. They will charge you approximately $100 for the entire process.
