The collaboration reaches a new stage: KoBold has officially submitted applications for exploration permits for Congolese territory.

Published on : 08/07/2025 - 11:58 P.M2 mins

Hey fuckwit, how is this new news?

everyone except you it seems has known this since mid July, when the Kobold guy handed over about 21 files of application for permits to explore, with a brown paper bag lying on top :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

The photo was published on X and on TSE weeks ago, and you are just catching up?

The only part of the agreement left to be fulfilled was for the DRC to find an envoy to assist with settling 13359 legals, by 31 July. Oops….they can't find anyone who is acceptable to the US?

Sorry all, I’ve just come out of the ‘secret cave’ to get poor old toolate on the right track - again

Hey Oz the 75 % is the actual lawful position of our ownership of Dathcom ( which lawfully owns PR 13359) we hold in our arbitration fight with DRC, Zijin, Comminiere et al. This of course does not reflect the current totally illegal position that DRC purports to be the situation. ie Manono lithium ( comminiere Zijin partnership) owns 15775 which is the northern section of 13359 that was magically created with the help of a few brown paper bags and Comminiere owns the remainder of 13359 ...apparently
AVZ DFS and subsequent massive resource upgrade was based on Roche Dure....the southern half. The northern half now pr 15775 has Carriere de L'este pegmatite which although partly drilled by AVZ was not part of the DFS.
Kobold in assessing their buy out figure have already conceded the north ( PR 15775) to Manono Lithium and Roche Dure is the target and this is what they are basing the project value on. Whatever the negotiated price is it is 100 % paid to AVZ....more a compensation payment than a payment for the project itself. Kibeya and his slime ball mates have already stolen the north and if anything Zijin may in fact be forced to pay some of the compensation package i reckon.
So the answer to the question is we get 100 % of payout...Comminiere can fuck right off. Hopefully we can by pass the DRC tax system as well
Appreciate the response mate, cheers.

And agree, I vaguely remember DRC tax being something in the realm of 30%, which is fucken criminal given they’re been on the take the whole way through.

You’d think, or at least hope, that given the extent of corruption and evidence we’d have that any deal would have that tax waived. Or else the 30% to be added to the buyout price.

So…. $12 x 130%

(Note: edited to fix spelling as am overseas and a good few local brews deep. Cheers legends)

I think that the correct maths is US$12 ÷ 0.7 = $17.42

A valiant effort my friend. Unfortunately, even you are fighting a losing battle with this wanker.

... and in other news, one of our finest is today's top crapper:

pow4ade

The primary reason Kobold has come to Australia IMO is to tie up RIO in a JV, after getting nowhere for months with their lowball offer to Nigel. Otherwise why travel here without the requisite funding.

Worth noting that RIO executive branch is located in Perth, not London, with new CEO taking over on August 25. Despite terminating the current CEO the chairman subsequently confirmed that the BOD retained their focus on lithium growth.

Kobold know exactly what Nigel wants and time is not on their side so presumably they think a JV can get them over the line. Exciting time with Nigel in the box seat IMO.
Sorry it's a bit disjointed, on my phone only.

A person who joins a forum discussing a particular stock but consistently posts negative comments and interprets positive news as negative likely exhibits a psychological state influenced by several factors. Here’s a breakdown of the potential mental state and underlying motivations, based on psychological principles and behavioral patterns:

1. **Cognitive Bias (Negativity Bias)**:
This individual may be heavily influenced by *negativity bias*, a cognitive tendency to focus on negative information more than positive. They might overweight risks, uncertainties, or minor setbacks while dismissing or downplaying positive developments. This can stem from a general pessimistic outlook or a specific distrust in the stock or market.

2. **Confirmation Bias**:
If they hold a pre-existing bearish view on the stock, they may selectively interpret information to confirm their belief. Positive news is twisted to fit their narrative (e.g., "This good earnings report is just temporary" or "The market will crash anyway"). They seek out or emphasize data that aligns with their negative stance, ignoring contradictory evidence.

3. **Emotional Influences**:
- **Fear or Anxiety**: They might be driven by fear of financial loss, either from past experiences or a general risk-averse mindset. This can lead to hypervigilance for potential downsides, causing them to view even neutral or positive developments through a lens of skepticism or doom.
- **Frustration or Resentment**: If they’ve lost money on the stock or feel misled by hype, their negativity could reflect unresolved anger or a desire to "warn" others, projecting their personal experience onto the broader discussion.

4. **Motivations for Posting**:
- **Trolling or Attention-Seeking**: Some individuals post negative comments to provoke reactions, gain attention, or disrupt the community. The forum provides a stage for them to assert influence or vent frustrations.
- **Short-Seller Agenda**: If they hold a short position in the stock, their negative posts might aim to influence sentiment and drive the stock price down, aligning with their financial interests.
- **Group Dynamics**: They may feel alienated from the forum’s dominant sentiment (e.g., bullish enthusiasm) and adopt a contrarian stance to differentiate themselves or challenge the group’s perceived "groupthink."

5. **Possible Psychological Traits**:
- **Cynicism or Distrust**: A general distrust in institutions, markets, or the stock’s leadership could lead them to assume manipulation or hidden flaws behind positive news.
- **Low Tolerance for Uncertainty**: They might struggle with the inherent unpredictability of markets, defaulting to a negative stance as a way to cope with ambiguity.
- **Perfectionism**: They may hold unrealistic expectations, viewing anything less than flawless performance as a failure, which fuels their negative commentary.

6. **Social and Environmental Factors**:
Their behavior could be influenced by external factors, like exposure to bearish narratives on platforms like X, negative media coverage, or discussions with like-minded peers. If they’re part of an echo chamber that reinforces negative views, their posts may reflect this reinforced mindset.

### Behavioral Patterns in the Forum:
- **Selective Posting**: They focus only on negative aspects, ignoring or reframing positive news (e.g., a strong quarterly report is dismissed as "unsustainable").
- **Hyperbolic Language**: Their posts may use exaggerated terms like "disaster," "scam," or "crash" to amplify their point, reflecting emotional intensity rather than objective analysis.
- **Resistance to Counterarguments**: They may dismiss or argue against positive perspectives without engaging constructively, indicating a fixed mindset.

### Potential Deeper Issues:
In extreme cases, this behavior could hint at underlying psychological issues like chronic pessimism, anxiety disorders, or even a need for control in uncertain situations. However, without more context, it’s more likely a combination of cognitive biases, emotional reactions, and situational factors (e.g., financial stakes or social dynamics).

### Why They Persist:
Their continued participation, despite apparent negativity, suggests they derive some psychological or social reward—whether it’s validation from like-minded users, a sense of superiority from being a contrarian, or an emotional outlet for frustration.

That is an impressive piece of work, you missed going to church.

I just call them wankers, no need to delve further.

If you write this much shit about wankers, you never make it to the secret squirrel group and remain with the likes of your favourite toilet in the playpen.
