@TECH .................. Apologies if ive missed it, but, what is the "floor price "set by BRN , as i cannot recall seeing it stated?
Also, ................... Anil has not been mentioned as contributing in the upcoming podcast.

Im hoping the upcoming podcast hasn"t been taped yet, as id like the "fireside chat" be conducted in light of yesterdays events.

AKIDA ( hoping for "NOT A DUMPSTER FIRE CHAT ) BALLISTA

No, Anil isn't in this podcast, I was merely making a forward suggestion of having both together on a half-yearly chat with Rob for example,
so sorry for the way I worded it.

I repeat that our company is making progress, but many have a different view on what that actually means, next Mondays podcast could help explain that including our Annual Report (my own opinion).

Regards...Tech

SP was 73.5c on 9/1/2023 the day prior to LDA being issued 30M shares. On day of issue the SP went down 7.48% to 68c & volume increased by about 10M. Overall market was flattish on day of issue of shares.

SP had run up to 88c intraday on 5/1/2022 filling the big down gap between 78-85c that was acting as resistance. Was having a little breather & appeared was going to break above 100sma & 200sma but failed possibly due to LDA selling on market.

They were holding about 10M shares prior to being issued 30M = 40M & had 26M end of January so they must have sold 14M shares from 10/1/2023 until 31/1/2023 & SP was 63c by end of January.

Needed to let SP run a few more weeks to get over 200sma & then the shares should have been issued to LDA. Possibly would have got $1 per share in leau of 51-73.5c & less dilution.
Hi Steve10,

LDA were not holding any shares prior to the 10/1/23.

IMO .... Recent trading situation was staged to trigger " Stop Losses " big time so as to lower s/price and for someone to accummulate further on their current s/holdings ............. this would be imo an opportunistic time for a potential " Take Over " scenario.

Mickepickle's language is very furstrating... He knows exactly what he does to discredit...link below if you really want to...

"This apparently makes the technology particularly suitable for edge artificial intelligence (AI) uses. This is a market that has been tipped to grow very strongly over the next decade as manufacturers look for ways to reduce power consumption."

"Where do I begin? Brainchip shares are not new to the Australian share market. The company has been around a long time and has a history of releasing hugely promising announcements that ultimately go nowhere."

This one made me nearly punch my macbook

"That’s also despite the company generating less cash receipts than some city cafes during the last couple of quarters and management stating that it was experiencing the “greatest amount of sales activity and engagement” in its history. Maybe they should open up a café at Brainchip HQ."

Anyways off on holiday and whe we get back we have a Tiguan R-Line in Pearl White waiting at dealership... No more GTI Perfomance (Saaad face), but the Tiguan is surpisingly fast (equal to GTI in real world test with all wheel drive) and looks soooo incredible! So wont be sad after a week...

Off to Switzeland the land of chocolate, cheese... oh and my birth place ;)

it's really not worth anyone's time to read his crap.
I googled it yesterday to see what he would do to explain the drop.
Of course its titled why is it dropping, but then he proceeds to provide literally 0 explanation for why it's dropping.
It's funny how when it rises it's time to remind everyone of the shortfalls, but when it drops too quickly it's "oh i dunno" "probs bad CO"

Yes, well I'm sure he'll be laughing on the other side of his face with his fullsome head of hair, once Qualcomm, BMW, Cerence, Valeo and others EVENTUALLY let the cat out of the bag on all of the finer details of all the bits and bobs we're involved in with them.

Yum. I love cheese too.

Whilst I agree with the staged trigger scenario, I disagree with accumulation. I am thinking it’s more likely the shorters are buying out their short position as they see this level as the bottom and will be exiting. This pattern will repeat until majority are out.
Posters have said price will increase when shorters have to buy in. Not in this scenario. An increase would only occur if a positive announcement was made and they were forced to cover. They see an opportunity to cover on a drop in price. Big win for the shorters

Yeah I know... Lets just hope, we soon see some results. I really want to laugh at some people that made it their mission to ignore my 'have a look here' and now send me almost daily updates with it. I just send back things like Intel, Renesas etc etc etc....

Well, as for cheese we also go to the Gruyere, for a factory tour and to visit the HR Giger musuem and his incredible bar in Grueyere. I have been many times, my wife has not, to Gruyere that is.

So I'll be full of cheese, swiss bread, hams, and all the other goodies...

And out :D (sort of.. can;t help myself).

For such a s**t company he makes it out to be he invests a hell of a time bleating about it with eff all knowledge. Guy probably has a photo of himself in his wallet. Fool by name, fool by nature!

If anyone takes his advise that's your down fall, end of the day once facts come out I at least will be in the right place! IMO

Just maybe, someone wants to increase their s/holdings before the AGM especially for any voting purposes that needs to be resolved / passed .... I recall, that at the last AGM there was a large amount of votes, that went against Peter ??? !!!

Congrats with the timing even so it might be more luck than anything 👍
Oh it was definitely luck and dumb at that, or divine intervention..

I'm one of those buy and the price goes down, sell and the price goes up investors 😛

Sometimes, I think I'm the one holding the Company and the share price down 😂
