I was at the AGM and my understanding of the $9M Contract/s for Sean was it had to be signed and sealed prior to year end 2025 but the contract value did not have to be in our account prior to year end. For example, let's say Parson signed a contract for $9M worth of chips they may not pay us until we deliver the chips to them .... On the other hand, in the meantime we're paying for the production of the chips prior to receiving Parson's money - just a pure hypothetical scenario.
So, the capital raise in this situation makes perfect sense and while I'm tired of raises at such a low denomination (whatever that may be) and dilution of my share parcel, this is necessary and any future capital raises if required, hopefully not, at the very least will be at a much much higher $/share basis .................................... because we are succeeding !!!!!!!

Yes it’s a sorry state of affairs when the shorters found out ages ago, hence probably that pump up to was it nearly 0.24. Someone needs to be made accountable and we know who that is.

Of course they did the only saviour will be a cornerstone investor, retail won’t sell at $0.165 they will still hold, But on past dealings Management have issued the shares directly to the shorters(sophisticated investors) So going on past dog acts by our directors and managers it will be about to happen again.
