Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) Fact Sheet | Federal Aviation Administration
The job is huge. " 12.5 billion down payment – need additional $20 billion"
I had a look at the proposed section and as expected Parsons is throwing it's hat in the ring.
Parsons are big on Federal Aviation solutions and safety.
Federal Aviation Solutions | Parsons
The surprise is that Parsons and IBM have teamed with IBM to " Today, Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) and IBM (NYSE: IBM) announced a collaboration to deliver on President Donald Trump’s and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy’s vision for a brand new, state of-the-art air traffic control system"
See link below.
Parsons Corporation is Ready Now to Build America’s Brand New, State Of-The-Art Air Traffic Control System
Plenty of scope for Kevin Johnson's Hive mind for security inside and the perimeter for airports.
Plenty of functions as per the facts sheet that AKIDA could work on. Runway and taxi security, radar, weather and environmental monitoring, Terminal passenger flow systems etc
Kevin has only just scratched 'building systems - (including AKIDA) surface so far.
FROM THE PROVENANCE PAPER - Tony Lewis

" As we will show later, provenance can be trained enabling tracking as a standalone task or as an auxiliary component within broader systems for classification, detection, segmentation, or generative modeling."
Kevin could easily work this into one of his systems.
Provenance Networks: End-to-End Exemplar-Based Explainability
All the big US defense companies will have a nibble at this.
Can't help but wonder if Forward Edge will be assisting Lockheed's push?
We already know that Ratheon excells with Radar.
Interesting times ahead.

Nope, they are just following the rules.

The company are working under NDAs and considering the companies they are working with that do: Military/defense/security!
Is it really surprising to you?
The SP will follow when signed IP/contracts happens which off course will be PR'ed! It's a bad idea to PR every little "fart" they do and is illegal, which you will know if you read the rules!
US analysts don't cover OTC stocks because institutions are generally not allowed to hold them in the US, or they will not because it's a jungle!
We need to uplift to Nasdaq to gain interest from the big boys in the US, so an SP price of 4 to 5 US$ is one of the demands to fulfill in order to do just that.

You are simply choosing to provide excuses as to why BrainChip are not making announcements (price sensitive and/or non price sensitive).

Clearly if there is a NDA then something can not be announced, and no-one is suggesting they should breach any NDAs.

Likewise, no-one is suggesting that they should announce every little "fart"... but if they can post about things on LinkedIn, then they COULD make a non price sensitive announcement on the ASX. They simply choose not to.

All of the partnerships that have been put out on Linkedin.. why have they not been announced as non price sensitive announcement on ASX? Clearly not under NDA if BrainChip has posted about it on social media.

Plenty of other Australian listed companies use the ASX for non price sensitive announcements. BrainChip could easily put out an "investor update" on the ASX every month or quarter (non price sensitive) updating investors about new partnerships etc.

Do you not think that new products warrant an announcement on the ASX? I do.

Not everyone who is interested in BrainChip (shareholders and future shareholders) are searching Linked In, Instagram etc for announcements.... the majority of Australian investors expect information to flow through the ASX.

How does a stockbroker know what's going on with BrainChip if their client asks for their opinion? Do you think they are spending hours every day looking for details on BrainChip on social media?

If you're happy with IR good for you, but there are plenty who are not happy with it.

Perhaps you need to re-read the disclosure rules and educate yourself on the types of price sensitive and non price sensitive announcements that many other ASX listed companies make via the ASX platform.

I am happy with the IR department.

Non-price sensitive announcements on the ASX won't make any difference on the SP, why should it?

When the deals happen, the big ones, the SP will rocket and that's all I care about, deals that make the company sustainable, cementing that I did the right choice investing here.
I believe they are coming.

Many investors (like me) are non Australians and have no idea what's going on with the ASX and don't really care either.

There is quite big interest in BRN in Germany and nearby countries, Germany has the 3rd largest GDP in the world, only behind the USA and China, Australia is 15th I believe.
I guess the great interest from Australians is that the company originated from there and one of the founders is an Aussie, but the whole company is now run from the US by Americans. The original mostly Australian investors (over 10 years) are clearly frustrated that the SP is very low by all standards but if you think plastering the ASX with one announcement after the other will help, you are mistaken.
Give us a juicy IP deal or 2 and everyone will be happy.

Hi Neuromorphia and thanks for your contribution.
I get why Kevin is incorporating Akida into his assemblage.
We are available commercially, the type of architecture able to apply inference at the sensor, work at low power, low latency, secure and capable of being used as an effective and cheap filter, separating the wheat from the chaff.
Most, or some of these attributes are what got us all hooked on the concept in the first place.

Again though, my question is not what he does or how he does it, but rather the why?

Maybe I’m making too much of this, jumping at shadows.
Maybe he’s just the right guy, in the right place, at the right time.
Maybe his rather eclectic educational background and interests along with his current occupation have all combined to make of him that particular “lucky” sperm that manages to crack the egg first?
Maybe he is just fated to do what he does and couldn’t stop himself if he tried?

I just hope someone with a complimentary skill set and a commercial bias gets together with him and turns this all into something real and that it doesent just peter out.
Hopefully there’s a willing Laurel quietly approaching our Hardy right now, tickling him with an offer that cannot be refused.
I think he is just pretty excited about the prospects of a Quantum, Neuromorphic Symphony future for IBM. If you read the white paper he maps out its future through to 2033.

Dead right Guzzman, decades of investing and whilst a non price sensitive announcement on ASX might be nice and the share price might temporarily slightly increase, I have never been invested in a company that has boomed after such announcements.. An investor may feel all fuzzy inside for a bit but that fuzziness doesn't last long. We, genuine investors, know what's going on in this space and I am grateful to have some flesh in the game in that space.
Our time to shine is approaching. As the original Aussie Kev said, I'm exited.
Stay positive all, have a beer and relax.

Brainchip should make more announcements. Their IR is shite. Sean needs to ..... We can go on, and on, and on.

Here is my logic trail.

Either
a) Brainchip, as a whole, is not worth being invested in (it is shite) or
b) it is worthy of investment.

If it is shite, don't buy and if you hold, sell. If investment worthy, buy and or hold.

Don't bother reading further if your above answer is a), "Its shite".

Okay, it's investment worthy but you're upset with the lack of announcements.

Either,
a) there is really nothing to announce without ending up being accused of publishing fluff.
b) there are numerous things to announce and management/IR are incompetent.
c) there are things to announce but for strategic/legal reasons it is best not to announce them.

If you're huffing and puffing about no announcements, you will not answer a)

If you answer b) and you really believe that you are right, start collecting all of the evidence (company announcement list or lack thereof, ASX rules, whatever legislation there it, etc) and see if you can put a case together that may win a court case if you/we/shareholders ever decide to take it to court.

However, if you believe that Brainchip management are learned individuals that aware of their obligations and the laws and trying to avoid fines and/or jail terms, you might be inclined to answer c). This technology is being investigated by defense and BFnCs (Big Companies). It is possible that defense forces and their governments want to keep things on the down low. Maybe even some of that shit that you see in movies actually happens in real life.

If you are in management and a superior force mandates some things that you didn't think could be imposed upon you, you might act in ways that don't seem sensible from an outsider's point of view. However, they are sensible when all facts are known.

This stuff is new. It seems we have some pretty good stuff. Maybe Australia and/or its allies should get very familiar with it before setting it free to a world that might have a couple of bad eggs in it.

Disclosure: I have never worked for the defense forces, security or BFnCs. My best qualification for making the above 'musing' is that I have watched some movies.

Okay, I got a bit off track. Back to the logic trail.

I am going to answer the last question with c). If I am wrong and my shares become (even more) invaluable, I would like to befriend those of you who answered b). My advice to the b) people is start collecting the evidence and stop ****** (sexual intercoursing) whinging about the lack of announcements. If they do announce something, it won't be because you whined about it on here.

Happy Friday to everyone
H2 (the person happy to be known as a c)

Pop me down as c) too 😂

Well, I actually got a reply to my email after 9 days wait but at least IR eventually replied.

I asked :-

Hi All,

As a long term shareholder, I am continually disappointed at the lengths an investor needs to go through to get basic progress information. Last AGM, the Board of Directors took it on notice to keep shareholders informed yet no visible improvement can be seen in communications.

Patents have been granted, progress with ForwardEdge yet still no ASX announcements, not even a 'non price sensitive announcement'.

This disregard for shareholders is not sustainable and I would like to better understand why patents many years ago were ASX announcements yet the last several have not. I understand ASX has strict guidelines on announcements but it is the Board's responsibility to navigate these rules and disseminate progress reports via correct channels (being the ASX). Social media may support this but by law any information which can/will impact share price MUST be announced on the ASX.

Can I please have confirmation that this urgent issue is being discussed at Board level as the current situation MUST be recertified. The Board say they are listening, but clearly they are not actioning.

Kind regards,

Investor Relations have replied with

“Thank you for your email.

You can view the Board's approach to complying with the ASX continuous disclosure rules on the BRN website.

The company released an IR Brief which detailed this approach. This was published on 6th Feb 2026 and is available on the Investor Relations Portal of the website.

Please note this email was sent to management of BrainChip too.

Kind regards

BrainChip Investor Relations.”

Thought I would share. It’s a start…
I feel happier now knowing that they just justified there yearly fee, so we probably won’t get another response for another 12 months

With Sean commenting about 2026/2027/2028 as the years our company finally sees some solid, advancing revenue streams "watch us now" type scenario, he clearly believes the Board will be backing him for at least 2 years beyond his initial 5-year engagement or have I misread the room.

Are we finally "really approaching solid ground" on the other side of that very, very wide Chasm, have we or are we about to hit the ground running, no shareholder can currently deny that we aren't in the best space, technology wise, product wise, engagement wise to witness an "explosion in sales", I threw that in as a joke, we all know who made that comment, and it was based on information provided by the team at the time, geopolitical events really affected many companies' visions at that time, not just ours!

Are we hanging our hat on IBM to engage with us publicly? seems like a huge opportunity there for the taking.

Will steady quarter on quarter revenue break this noose around our stock price, I always ask myself, "what dickheads are selling their shares at 13/14 cents...is it the ones, like me who topped up at 6 cents back in Lou's day"? honestly, they/it/bottsie, must enjoy buying and selling to themselves all day.

Just a little ramble on a Friday, cheers all..........Tech.
He must be trying to convince us share holders that his job is worth another 3 years or did he really mean 2029/2030 or 2031 😂

AI Innovation Summit Australia-USA

Connecting Ideas, People, and Innovation

The AI Innovation Summit Australia–USA marks the ninth event in the International AI Innovation Summits Series, organised by Innovate Australia in Perth. Each summit in the series focuses on strengthening innovation relationships between Australia and a partner nation, bringing together entrepreneurs, researchers, investors, industry leaders, and policymakers.
Rather than focusing only on artificial intelligence as a technology, the summit is about people, collaboration, and real-world innovation. It creates an open and engaging environment where participants can exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore opportunities for practical partnerships between Australia and the United States.
This edition highlights some of the most exciting areas where AI is transforming industries. Presentations from the United States explore innovation in space exploration through AI research at NASA, new creative possibilities emerging in Hollywood through AI-enhanced storytelling, and the future of robotics investment and commercialization.
From the Australian side, speakers will showcase groundbreaking work including robotic construction technology capable of building houses brick by brick, neuromorphic computing through BrainChip’s revolutionary AI processors, and advanced visual communication technologies that are transforming how people collaborate across distance.
The summit provides a space to discuss how innovation ecosystems develop, how talent and ideas move across borders, and how partnerships between startups, corporations, universities, and investors can lead to real-world outcomes.
Hosted in Perth by Innovate Australia, the AI Innovation Summit Australia–USA aims to strengthen cooperation between the two countries while showcasing Western Australia as an emerging hub for global AI innovation

🔹Peter van der Made, Founder and Director, BrainChip Holdings Limited

Peter van der Made is the founder and director of BrainChip Holdings Limited, a pioneering company in neuromorphic computing and edge artificial intelligence. Based in Western Australia, he has spent decades advancing spiking neural network technology designed to mimic the learning processes of the human brain. Peter led BrainChip from its early beginnings in Perth to its development as a globally recognised AI innovator, with the Akida neuromorphic processor becoming a breakthrough in low-power, real-time machine learning. Before BrainChip, he developed advanced computer immune systems for cybersecurity. His work continues to focus on brain-inspired computing and next-generation intelligence.

Samuel Subbarao, Senior Vice President - Defence Electronics at Bascom Hunter and Principal Investigator of the apparently still ongoing 2022 Navy SBIR Phase II award “Implementing Neural Network Algorithms on Neuromorphic Processors” (which has already resulted in the development of the 3U VPX SNAP Card that includes five AKD1000 chips), is leaving Bascom Hunter.

It will be interesting to see where he’ll go next.

When revisiting the above Navy SBIR Phase II award just now, I noticed that it had actually been extended by 10 months as well as “augmented” by almost half a million US$! I recalled posting screenshots of this BH SBIR Phase II award last July, and at the time, the award end date published was 18 August 2025. Meanwhile, it has shifted to 9 October 2026!

I wonder whether this may have something to do with the fact - revealed in the BRN 4C for the Period ended 31 December 2024 - that “in late December [2024], BrainChip signed a US$ 100,000 contract with U.S. defence contractor Bascom Hunter, for the sale and support of AKD1500 chips for full scale evaluation of commercial products (…)”.

This marks the fifth consecutive week ending with a doji candle. If there are still short sellers out there, they’re playing with fire, in my opinion. I expect a retest of the upper trendline of the wedge. If the short sellers don’t give up by then, I don’t know what information they’re still holding onto. Based on my chart analysis, I’m convinced that an initial bullish move is in the works here. The descending triangle can be counted to 5 and has been recognized by the market. In this formation, a target line can also be determined, which I already described last week. All that’s needed now is volume. With that, the price needs to rise slowly, as it has in recent days. No price gaps and no gaps. I’ve been in this for many years too. The technology is amazing. It’s just that the information from management is practically nonexistent, and I’ll never understand that, but nerds certainly don’t think that far ahead. Their focus is really only on the work. That’s my explanation for it. I’m all in here. If I’m completely wrong about BRN, I won’t blame anyone. My decision. The only thing I’m afraid of is a sale of the company. That could catch me off guard. Wishing everyone big profits. I firmly believe in this company. The next 2–3 weeks will be decisive. The triangle should reach its apex on April 15. That will determine where the journey goes. If you’re not interested in my ramblings, feel free to ignore me.
