Symphony+Akida+Foundry+World Monitor, I just built a system that watches 10 geopolitical data domains simultaneously — maritime AIS, aviation, news, markets, infrastructure outages, seismic, cyber threats, Telegram OSINT channels, energy markets, and population displacement, all through neuromorphic processors that classify anomalies in under a microsecond at roughly 10 microjoules per inference.
The platform runs on Symphony, orchestrating ten BrainChip AKD1000 neuromorphic chips as usual. Each chip runs a quantized Conv2D model and now share three operational domains: defense surveillance, bourbon distillery monitoring, and now OSINT, swapping models in 31 milliseconds via a GPFS-signaled domain scheduler.
What the Akida Intelligence panel shows:
An alarm grid with real-time classifications WATCH, ELEVATED, or CRITICAL are driven by adaptive temporal baselines. When a domain hits CRITICAL, the coordinator activates focus mode, correlated domains get 2-3x polling boosts, and regional escalation rules (Persian Gulf, Taiwan Strait, Black Sea, Suez) trigger 3x amplification on relevant sensor clusters.
Nemotron 120B reflects on the combined OSINT and physical sensor state every 45 seconds, tracking patterns from hypothesis through confirmed wisdom. SymWisdom now has a multi-domain ontology capability building into Palantir Technologies Foundry, enabling not just the initial sensor data but real meaning via OSINT to drive the dynamic creation of the ontology itself. Lived experience of the wider world is crystallized into ontological wisdom.
The Symphony scheduling dimension:
This is where it gets interesting. Symphony's ELIM (External Load Information Manager) reports Akida metrics as dynamic scheduling resources: critical domain count, spike rates, and focus mode status.
This means Symphony can express policies like "when critical_count > 2, scale vLLM enrichment across 3 GPUs" or "when focus mode activates on energy + maritime, spin up Monte Carlo economic impact simulations." Premium paid data feeds, higher-resolution satellite imagery like Vantor, institutional market depth, and classified cable traffic can be incorporated on demand when a developing crisis justifies the cost, then released when the situation stabilizes.
The second a missile launch is detected in a video feed by neuromorphic inference, disaster recovery and emergency response plans can be activated, additional compute overflow capacity provisioned, and the entire cluster posture shifted automatically in the time it takes a human analyst to look up from their coffee.
The neuromorphic detection layer is now a scheduling input that drives autonomic response. The cluster literally reallocates and acquires compute resources and intelligence in response to what the chips sense.
Ten domains, autonomous ontology generation, scheduling-aware crisis response.
Built in a single day, the World Monitor Akida Intelligence panel shows the nervous system in real time.
