IXR General Discussion 2022

If we can survive the sell-off from "Trader Friday", I believe we'll be fine.

Just for perspective, 100m shares turnover is still only $2m - we are still in the tiny end of town.. Traders will have to flog a lot of stock to turn a buck.
I’m seeing this Friday as “traders” are happy to stay in over the weekend, as they’re hoping for a Monday funding announcement… 🤷‍♂️ just not sure which Monday…

Good to end the day with a higher volume and holding onto yesterday's closing.. Very positive result to be honest.

Roughly 5.5b soi is the problem with this stock. Hopefully it's past the cap raise stages of funding.
My average was 5c until recently, then I bought a whole lot more to average down but the price halved again after that.

Things are looking more promising than they have in years with this recycling tech, if they manage to penetrate the US market who knows what might happen. It's been a prick of a stock to own for years but given ex China rare earth's sentiment recently it seems a bit like right place right time.
UK government looks set to provide funding in UK for recycling operations.
And the government in Brazil too.
The IP for the particular technology seems promising as a whole.
The actual mine in Uganda is nothing to write home about though.

It's been under appreciated in the market until very recently imo but how much higher it can go mid term, who knows.
Bit of news looks set to push it further, if the news isn't already priced in now.

Anyway let's see what happens tomorrow, it's kind of exciting owning a stock that's potentially doing something. Personally haven't experienced that since AVZ. I've gone off the stock market, I'm only holding this because it's been in serious red for me for years.

Agree the SOI is a problem

I thought they were at 4.8B but last report says 5.2B and maybe some more issued since then to make it 5.5B 🤷‍♂️

I think a consolidation is possibly on the cards and will happen once the commercial side of the magnet recycling firms up and there is a clearer view of revenue streams and profitability

I like the tech, agree the mine is un-commercial at current REE prices but we still have exposure to it so that's something in the back pocket I guess

I'd like to see licensing of the magnet tech as a revenue stream going forward

My mistake, asx says
Shares on issue5,267,425,763
Still a fuck load.

It seems to have more potential now than it did when the shares were 8c. There have been a few cap raises since then and god knows how many additional shares added at the low prices at the time of raising.
Personally I'm hoping we get news of a direct US partnership using the technology on top of UK and Brazilian funding.

Fingers crossed as always with these junior miners.

I can't agree with all the happy clappers on HC kissing the BOD between the butt cheeks. Not 1 mention of revenue in any conversation. Sure, Government handouts are the short term solution, but we need to think about selling the product - or at the very least start indicating when we'll have enough product to sell so the market sees a viable alternative to Chyna.

Revenue is the key to any possible re-rate.... absolutely!

I guess funding is the key now to building actual full scale plants. I asked AI a page or so back and it claims revenue could start as soon as 2026. I'm sure that's based on the idyllic picture that managements like to paint but if we get actual funding and start some construction who knows.

Ever hopeful this along with AVZ provide actual dollars in the bank!

I've got 3M shares currently at break-even, and no intention to top-up. How you boys doing?

I think the key to this one doing anything will be licencing the magnet recycling IP out to others. Uganda seems to be dead in the water with the current prices / production costs. My average is around 0.022, not holding as many as you Count, it was more of a side punt for me - "buy and hold for 5 years" type gamble.

Definity some non-retail interest at the moment IMO

Only 1M and sitting at 4 so need a bit for breakeven

Have wanted to avg down since hitting .006 but so risk averse and cash strapped due to AVZ..... fkn pain in the arse :(

Confident we'll get to 4's

Looking to get to 8's

Hoping to get to 20c which puts the MC at $1B which I think is as far as it will go for the time being

I've got a little over a mil with no intention to buy more. I only ended up with that many to average down and sell out when it picked up. My sentiment with the recycling stuff has turned around over the past couple of months so we'll see what happens over the next 12 months.
I'm in the green at these levels.

I think what's more appealing about the recycling tech is that the same processes can be used for extraction and refining from mine ore concentrates. So if it's as good as management think it is then there is further possibility of IP revenue and downstream processing without worrying about the mining operations.
