Now the focus is on Akida 1500, which was originally a stripped down version of 1000, but presumably is now a re-engineered update, meeting client requests

It's just marketing fluff.

You can also buy hairdriers/vacuum cleaners where part of the name is "turbo" and as we all know, those items will off course not have one fitted but enhanced performance compared to non turbo versions or just pure marketing fluff.
So if you wear a toupee, be careful and don't vacuum if your cat is close by.
